The folks at Lee's are both professional and personable. I had 3 different estimates for having my roof done and hands down Lee's by far would be my choice again and again. Shawn did my estimate and when we spoke he not only explained everything to me but did it in a way I could understand and encouraged me to get my other estimates while also pointing out what to ensure my other estimates included so to be sure I got exactly what was needed for my house specifically. I choose Lee's not only because of cost but because I was treated like a person I am new to the area and finding someone I could trust was very important this is a family owned business and I felt they took the time to look out for me. Slade the young man who ran the crew was wonderful very polite and professional and kept me informed all the way through and stayed on top of things. The crew showed up at 7am and the guys hit the ground running from the moment they pulled up and had everything completed and cleaned up in a little under 12 hours. Lee himself stopped out and checked on things and introduced himself as well. I highly recommend this family owned and operated business. These folks exceeded any expectation I could have had from their customer service to their quality work. We had a major roof leak and contacted three companies. One company's answering machine was full and not accepting new messages. One company was a no-show for the appointment. Contacting Lee's was simply the BEST solution. From initial contact, to inspection and quote, to finished job, all took place in less than a week! Travis was great to work with. He showed up on time to give us an estimate and took a thorough look at the roof. He warned us there would probably some sheeting that needed replaced and he was right. There were several rotted pieces the added cost was very fair.The crew were on time and very quick when they did the job. Our new roof looks great. They cleaned up every piece of debris. This is an A1 company and I highly recommend them. I noticed one gentleman was unhappy that Lee's told hm if they patched his roof they couldn't guarantee it would fix the leak. After working in a service oriented business for over 26 years, I can tell you that anyone that "guarantees" a "patch" job up front is the one you should be worried about. If your roof leaks, REPLACE IT, don't patch it!

Wind Storm Sunday. Roof fixed 48 hours after I noticed shingles in the yard. The lady that answered was pleasant and the guy that called back after looking at the house was polite. Roof looks great and one less thing to worry about .If a company is good to me, they're my company for life. Lee's are my roofers. And the repair they did five years ago on the front of the house is still strong, looking good and I've never had any issues.

Only reason I'm even giving one star is they were (initially) very responsive to our call.Called near the end of October regarding our add-on leaking after bad rain. They showed up a couple days later and inspected the roof. I asked if there was anything they needed, to which I was told no, and that they would be in touch. Well it's December now, and we had yet to hear back, so we decided to move on to a company that was more interested in our business.Disappointed as this company was my first choice, and I was absolutely determined to go through Lee's due to the good reviews, and happy customers.Service: Roof inspection
