Contacted Norton's and got a real person, not an answering machine. Rick called back within a day and reviewed the job that weekend. This was a small job and not an "emergency", so we agreed they would work it in between large jobs. They did the work as planned and at the agreed price. Rick stopped by with his crew and set things up, then stopped back to check progress and clean up. He even crawled up into my attic storage to retrieve and then put back the bundle of repair shingles I had saved from our last roofing work. I'd rate this a 5 star, but it hasn't rained hard to be sure repairs are effective, but from the looks of the work, it will pass.
