Mitch and Casey did an incredible job. We hired profixit to remodel our entire kitchen. They also replaced all our inside doors and put new floor in. And moved and installed our laundry room from downstairs to the upstairs. There's nothing they can't handle. They have very reasonable pricing, are professional and deliver a quality job. Mitch replace two entry doors and screen doors for us. He was very professional, his pricing was reasonable, the quality of work was great, but most importantly, he was on time. If your looking for the best remodeling team in the Dayton area, you will be hard pressed to find better quality and value than Mitch and Chris with Profixit.They did some small repairs at our house and have completely remodeled 3 of our bathrooms. Our master bath went from a garden tub and separate shower to a closet and tiled shower with a bench.There’s issues that come up in most renovations. Especially with supply issues where they are at during the current pandemic wind-down. Mitch does a great job about bringing his calmness to situations and adapting as needed. They do a great job of communicating during the job to let you know their thought process for doing stuff the way they are. We can’t thank them enough and look forward to having them do more work for us in the future!

I hired Profixit to help me install my kitchen cabinets based on a recommendation from a friend that hired him for a bathroom remodel. He was very prompt and knowledgeable about the aspects of cabinet installation. We were finished within a day or so without any problems what so ever. We needed some help with three different projects:1. A bad post on our front porch2. Issues with the gutters on the 2nd story of our house3. Issues with a bad post on our staircaseWe used Profixit and we are very glad we did. All three of those jobs were knocked out in a couple of hours and were very well done. Mitch was very easy to work with and his rates are very, very reasonable. He communicated well with us prior to the job, showed up when he said he was going to, and kept the work sites clean. We really could not have asked for anything more. We will definitely be calling Profixit for those items where we either don't have the time or the tools/expertise to complete on our own. I don't often write reviews, but you just don't run into people like this who deliver this type of good value everyday. I highly recommend Profixit.UPDATE - We've had ProFixit out twice more to do additional work since I posted this original review. Just like the first time, we were very pleased with the quality of the work and the incredibly reasonable cost. Mitch and Chris really are pros and very versatile with the projects they can tackle. They are definitely our go-to source for things we can't do on our own. It's great having a competent outfit like this available when needed!

Mitch and Chris were AGAIN amazing to work with on another project. Recently updated our kitchen by removing cabinets and countertop along with a wall, small pantry closet and soffit. Fixed the floor tile, added new cabinets, painted, added new backsplash then resolved a couple electrical issues. Prompt, quality work. Awaiting proposal on next project in the coming fall.

Contracted to put pex plumbing in my house. They didn't reconnect correctly to my water softner. I awoke in the morning to water spraying all over my laundry room and my water softner ruined. I called and they said they would take care of it. Long and short I've never heard back and they have never came out to fix the rest of my projects I contracted for.
