First off. They said a sales Rep would come at 5 o’clock.Not between 9 and 5 … but at 5 o’clock.Spencer arrived at 5 o’clock !Spencer showed me some samples of his competition’s productsand explained why their product is superior. I had researched gutter guards pretty extensively. I still had some questions that heanswered. We agreed on a price and he said that they could do it the next day. Nick showed up the next day as promised.I felt bad for him on two counts. 1. I had not had a chance to clean the gutters last fall and 2. It started snowing. It didn’t seem to bother Nick. He was very careful around my shrubs etc.He even went back when he was finished and fixed the holes his latter had but in the soft ground. I’ll upload some pictures that speak for themselves and Nicks work.A rare and pleasant experience these days !Thank you to everyone at ALL AMERICAN GUTTER !

The crew was very professional and did a great job. They made certain the yard was clean before they left. I dealt with Mike Smith at first and it was because of him that I had this company do the work. I then delt with Jeff Wenger who was very patient and understanding when I had questions. Great company to work with. I hope the gutters do the job now.

I was very pleased with All American Gutter Protection. Their gutter guards are very sturdy looking and I like the fact they are attached to the house and are not attached up under roof shingles. The installation went smoothly and was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend All American Gutter Protection.

Great Product. Great Service. Great Install. Nick did a Great Job for us here in Marblehead, Ohio.We got Gutter Guards. This product is Better than Leaf Filter. Same produce But ALL Metal and Much Stronger and Much Much Better then Leaf Filter.Leaf Filter is a Rip Off. Use this company for a Much Better Product AND a Much Better Price.Thanks, Michael W.

Installation of the gutters went well. Problems with the gutter guards from the beginning. The install manager hired his kids to them in, and they had short supply. So the back of the house over the door had 50 two in scraps pieced together and still came up short. Install manager blamed the install crew (which was himself) and fixed them. As soon as it rained, I noticed the water coming down behind the facia board by the front door, called support in April 2023, no response, called again, manager said he would have someone out, never came. Called manager, he said he no longer worked for the company. Called support, they didn't know when a new install manager would be trained. Called again and again and again. No one has come and it is now November, rain still comes down behind facia board because of botched install.

I’ve used this company for my gutters and my covers on top of my gutters, they are very nice, they are very thorough. They left no mess in my yard. They were in and out and did an amazing job. Everyone that works for this company is nothing but kind, informative, and very easy to work with I highly, highly recommend them For any of gutter or home improvement concerns

We had new gutters and gutter guards installed in March. Matt was our sales associate, and he did a great job showing us the system. It was low stress and without the pushy on-the-spot sale experience I had with a different larger company before settling on All American Gutter Protection. The gutters and guards look and work great 8 months later. Hopefully they will do well over the Winter!

The installer was friendly, informative, and answered all my questions and arrived on time. He told me about issues with my gutters and fixed those. Cleaned the gutters and cleaned up afterwards. Only took about two and a half hours. The only issue I have was I was promised pictures which I never received or I would have given you five stars. Pictures received!!! Thank you.

Please save yourself, this product does not work and could cause damage to your home as it did mine. It is challenging to understand why anyone would give a good rating; they must have rated them before observing its true functionality, have a smaller roof or there is some dishonesty going on...All American Gutters will sell you false information and does not guarantee customer satisfaction as advertised. The All American VP Joe Roschival, is more concerned about telling his unhappy customers that he lives on Avon lake and does not use his own product because he's aware it does not work in the same environment in which they sold to me.The picture I've attached shows proof of the slightest rain going over top of the leaf gards that All American Gutter installed and forming icycles during the cold months. During the summer months the rain, runs overtop of the gutters as well. It's as if, I don't have gutters because the leaf guards will not allow water draining from the roof to dain through the leaf guard screen. My insurance adjuster (whom has the same leaf guards) cut holes into the screen of his leaf guards to prevent the icycles from forming above his door ways for his family's safety.Additionally, I'd like to add the entire experience from beginning has been frustrating. Not only has the non-functionality of this product caused damage to my home...they stood me up twice for installation, left a nails all over my yard, installation has gaps, and it took them several months to return my calls.My experience with All American Gutters is FAR below expectations and cannot be rated.PS. The VP Joe, is also abrasively rude.Sincerely, Exasperatingly DISSATISIFIED customer

After looking at a couple different gutter contractors I felt American Gutter protection had what I wanted. Spencer and John were great in explaining their product and process for installation. Lucas, the installer was professional, on time and very neat. He showed me pictures of the completed job. This is a business that cares. Looking forward to not having to go up on a ladder and clean my gutters any longer.

First of all, I wasn’t going to get gutter guards until I saw these products at the home and garden show and fell in love with the quality next the quote and scheduling process was extremely easy and smooth. When my installer Lucas showed up, he was very professional and on time. Kept me updated and did a great job explaining what he was doing with the gutters. Everything was cleaned up and he was finished on time. I can’t wait for it to rain again to try them out!!

We interviewed 3 companies before choosing All American Gutter to replace our old gutters and add gutter guards. They had samples, gave relevant information, and even recommended we only replace Some of our gutters. They were easy to work with, used local workers whom we can call anytime, kept us informed, and got the work done quickly! I'd use them again!

All American Gutter Protection cancelled on me twice for installation after I’d driven over 2 hours to meet them at the new house, and had taken time off work. The first time, they called _after_ they were set to show. The second time, I got a text Sunday night for a Monday install. I asked Anthony, the installation manager, to call or have the owner call me after the second cancellation. Four days later… no call. No call from Anthony or the owner.I then messaged Ken, who sold me the product, and asked him to call me. No call from him either.I see there is another review here from someone who got ghosted, and the business replied, citing a labor shortage. Labor shortages and other issues happen. But that does not preclude you calling a customer to apologize or to reschedule.I waited a long time for installation… I “purchased” from you on April 15. Now I’m getting new quotes, as my gutters sit here, still clogged and with no filters. I was really excited to go with a local business that wasn’t a big chain, but the lack of customer service was beyond disappointing. If you can’t show up to install, and can’t be bothered to even call the customer, what faith should people have in your product warranty?

New gutters installed on barn only lasted 1.5 years. Took over 3 months to get them to come back to fix. Excuse after excuse of why they couldn’t make it out. Finally after months of calling nearly every day I now have another set of gutters hung up. Let’s see how long these last. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I contracted with this company to install new gutters and guards for a garage expansion project. 2 days before the install they called and said I was scheduled but no crew was assigned. We rescheduled and on the day of the install, they were a no-show. They did not call, so i called them. They said they would be out the next day. In the morning, the supervisor called and said they would be there in the afternoon. Again they were a no-show. I have now contracted with a different company. I do not recommend this company.

Lucas Caputa from the Milwaukee office- cleaned gutters and placed screens or covers. He was extremely efficient, friendly, helpful, and explanatory. He did a great job. There was part that needed to be custom fit and he was able to do that onsite without problems.

Gutter installation for new construction home.The salesman measured and created a plan for the gutter system. I questioned the number of downspouts, but he insisted that they were sufficient. The 1st heavy rain proved that I needed 7 more downspouts.The installers were not prepared for the job. Not enough materials for the installation on hand. They also had a fist fight during the first day. VERY unprofessional!I do not recommend this company!
