Brian and his company saved me the weekend of Easter 2022 when we had high winds come through and knock shingles off of my roof at our home in Glenmoor Estates (North Canton, OH). It was on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend, rain was in the forecast, and I had exposure into the attic on one of the seams of my roof where the shingle caps are placed and run up the seam. Brian personally came out to survey the damage based on the future weather forecast and immediately had one his crews immediately come out and assist me before the rain hit. His company has a Better Business Bureau (BBB+) ranking and based on his customer service I couldn't give him any higher than five stars. Brian's company matched our shingles perfectly on a roof that was less than 2 years old and anyone that needs anything done to their roof whether residential or commercial, I highly recommend Architectural Exteriors, LLC!

We had a new roof put on the house. The team did a great job with the tear-off and cleaned up the mess. Some of the decking was rotten and they replaced that for a fair price. The roof went on quickly and efficiently.They also painted the house. It started as 45 year-old aluminum siding that was damaged in many places. They filled/sanded the imperfections and did a fantastic job painting it. I can’t say enough good things about the job they did. We were quite impressed and highly recommend them.

Outstanding customer service... Recent storm damage had left us in need of roof and gutter repairs. Brian came out and personally inspected the damage and took time going through with us our repair/replacement options. Because Brian has extensive experience working with insurance companies, he determined right a way that because of the age of our roof matching the shingles would not be possible. During demolition it was discovered that our roof sheathing was both dry rotted and not code compliant in it's thickness. Brian and his crew never missed a beat and they installed new roof sheathing on our entire house. Brian and his crew showed up when they said they would, they were professional and really showed that they care about providing quality workmanship. We called and spoke with Brian about our roof needing repairs, and he came out to inspect it. It was missing a bunch of shingles from a storm. He was very thorough, professional, very honest and upfront with everything, including the cost. After his quote we hired him and his team to fix our roof. They showed up on time, did excellent work, and cleaned up better than it was when they arrived! His guy Jim also cleaned our gutters/downspouts, installed gutter guards and hung a couple new lights for us outside, and we couldn’t be more happy with the results!We highly recommend them for all of your home and roofing needs! I had new gutters put on my house, some roof sealing, and baffles installed in my attic. I entertained numerous estimates from many companies. I decided to go with Brian because his rate was competitive, he was able to do all different types of work, and he was very, very thorough and professional when giving me an estimate. Brian & His Team came over after a storm removed several shingles from my roof if multiple places, and made sure it was sealed up until my insurance could take a look.When the Insurance came out, Brian was able to swing by and talk with the adjuster to make sure everything was going to be covered.The day the new roof was installed went exactly like Brian said it would. My house was filthy with dirt and what looked like mildew. After Architectural Exteriors was done pressure cleaning it the house looked almost new. The roof was old with a few shingles loose and was keeping the house from looking like new. Once Architectural Exteriors finished replacing the shingles and adding a cricket to the roof so moisture would not gather anymore on the roof, the house did look new again. Brian, who heads the company made sure every detail was taken care of to make my house look great again.
