Marty is definitely a people person, he is so caring, helpful ,a great listener and understanding which made it easy for me to decide on what to go with. The guys was sooooooo respectful, they arrived quietly and left the same way, cleaning up so well behind themselves. A special thank you (hahaha) to the crew member who noticed and replaced the grey tape off of one of my picket to my fence with the glue it needed; that was soooooo sweet. When looking at screen systems for my 100 year old Lake cottage , I happened to talk to Canton Aluminum at a home show. They introduced me to the Suncast multi track screen system. This is exactly what I was looking for. After an appointment to measure the process moved quickly and the installation date was met as promised. The workmanship of the installation is top quality with attention to detail. This install was not easy due to the age of the cottage (nothing is square) but you would never know. Highly recommend

Canton Aluminum recently completed some major work on my house. I have beautiful new siding, kitchen window, door and my front porch is now a sunroom I can use most days. We had received multiple quotes for a large project: replacing 23 windows, 4 entry doors, an eight foot slider and some gutters in our mid-century ranch, but after meeting with Marty we knew we were going with Canton Aluminum. His recommendations about type and color of windows and doors were dead on, and now that the project is complete we could not be happier with our updated home.Windows, doors and gutters were installed professionally, quickly (project started on Tuesday and was complete by Friday) and with a minimum of disruption to our home routine.We received fantastic customer service from everyone involved in the project; Marty in sales, Courtney and Alex in the office, Mike, Dave and the entire installation team.We will be using Canton Aluminum for future projects!!

Canton Aluminum is one of the elite few that not only offer great products but most of all great customer service! From the first phone call through the installation process, everyone and I mean everyone was pleasant, courteous, honest and simply a pleasure to deal with. We purchased custom vinyl window enclosures for our brand new screened porch. They are nothing short of amazing. They look terrific and it's much warmer in the porch than we ever though it could be! While not inexpensive, they were worth ever single penny we spent. Canton Aluminum is a class act and we can't recommend them enough. They did amazing work on our home providing us with new vinyl siding and 3 exterior doors. Our house looks brand new! The ownership came out to provide us with our quote and was here periodically during the construction to make sure everything was going perfectly. They got the job done in less time than we initially agreed upon and after 2 years everything is still looking perfect. We will be using them for any and all home improvement projects and I highly recommend you do the same as well.

There are many Window Replacement Companies out there, we couldn't decide who to hire. Our son-in law recommended Canton Aluminum, knowing how meticulous he is, we took his advice. It certainly was a good decision. We had all of our windows replaced. They did a fantastic job, the staff was superb. From Ned and Mike, to the installers Dave and Drew, the entire job was done in harmony and efficiently. We will definitely have them for our next project.Cookie Bricker

We had Canton Aluminum install new windows, siding and an all year sun room. They are very professional in their business. The siding, sun room and some of the widows were installed around 10 years ago and this installation has held up through the years with no problems from their installation. In 2010 we decided to have a couple of more windows and a large picture window replaced. We used Canton Aluminum again and we were very well pleased with this installation. The installers were very courteous, efficient and good mechanics. After working in the construction business for 43 years, you can associate good craftsmanship from the not so good.

I first had Canton Aluminum install all new windows in my house a year ago and the workmanship was superior. I love the look of the windows inside and out. I then had them do our porch underhang and last of all I just had a new front door and patio door replaced. As always I am very well pleased with everything. We got three new windows including a large picture window custom built and installed by the gentlemen at Canton Aluminum. To say that we are pleased is an understatement. The entire experience from the presentation and sale up to the day of the install went smooth as silk. These windows have changed the whole look and feel of our home both inside and out. Canton Aluminum installed windows 30 years ago in another house I owned, so I didn't hesitate when I recently decided to upgrade the windows in my current home. They were done in about 3 1/2 hours on a very cold day and did a great job. The new windows look great and I am very happy with Canton Aluminum.

We had a sliding glass patio door installed a few months back and in the last week we just had new facia, soffit, downspouts and gutters replaced on our house. I picked a color that was hard for Canton Aluminum to get but they were able to get it in on time to get the job done. All the workers that did the installation of different items were very friendly and professional. I went with Canton Aluminum because I know if there is any problem down the road, they will fix it. Great service and I would recommend them to any of my family and friends.

We contacted them; they responded immediately and gave us a quote. We made a request to expedite the work because we were in the middle of a kitchen remodel. They worked-us in in a reasonable time before our cabinets were installed. They showed up to install when they said they would, were pleasant, fast, and did good work. Dave and Chris cleaned-up after they were done, demonstrated how the windows worked, and helped us with our rebate paperwork. All-in-all we were very satisfied with this company. The windows are great!

They brought my ideas to life ! Thank you Canton Aluminum Team!! Love outside and enjoy nature but in privacy of a beautiful garden room? Call Doug, Ashley and Andru at Canton Aluminum ! They designed and built a 3 Season Room window, sliding door and foundation system between living room and deck area -- that is just stunning. Have that nice gazebo but annoyed by insects during summer meals? Screen it in and enjoy in peace ! The color matching framing and screening system can be done to match any gazebo and it really modernized things. Special thank you to Doug who knew what I needed /wanted based on what I was saying, Ashley who kept me the project running thru the rainy days and who kept me informed on all things, and to Andru the main installer who is a really talented and extremely neat and conscientious crew leader. There is no question I'd call Canton Aluminum if yoire considering a nice window and sliding door system or a screening and door project outdoors. 🌞 🌴

We purchased a home that had very damaged vinyl windows not knowing we would have so much grief trying to find a good fix.We searched for a couple years to try to find someone to fix or replace the existing windows to our sunroom. We tried sunroom companies and window companies both local and chain with no luck.We tried to temporarily fix what we could ourselves while we searched.After many phone calls and poor service from other companies I came across Canton Aluminum and with one phone conversation they knew exactly how to help and were so knowledgeable about the products we needed.Our communication with the company through phone,email , in person measuring and installation was easy,prompt and professional.We will definitely recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future.We are grateful for a company that has such good customer service and a quality product.Service: Window repair

On August 31, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. I had an appointment with Doug Coen of Canton Aluminum to discuss construction of the sunroom I plan to have added to my home. I spent much time in researching the product Canton Aluminum provides, and also forming the questions I had. Mr. Coen seemed distracted and hurried; I learned he had two (2) additional appointments that afternoon that followed mine. He left promising to provide me with answers to questions I had that required investigation by him. At present, over two months later, I have yet to hear back from Mr. Coen, or from anyone at Canton Aluminum in follow-up. Not a very good introduction into how Canton Aluminum conducts business!

Last summer, after much shopping for contractors, we chose Canton Aluminum to rebuild a sunroom on our home. The sunroom we had was a patio type with all sliding doors and was falling off the house. I wanted a stick built room - something that would look more a natural part of our home than an add-on. Marty and the other fine folks at Canton Alumimum made the process a wonderful experience. During our "consultation" visits, he listened carefully to what we needed and hoped for, He offered suggestions and ideas that improved our vision. The work crews (we had the house reroofed also) were courteous, professional and effecient. The finished room is exactly what we envisioned and we could not be more pleased! Canton Aluminum installed a patio on our house in June 2017. It is now December 2017 and we have windows that will not stay closed with rain and snow blowing in on our carpeting. I called a week ago to report we are still having the same issue and no response. Not exactly great customer service.The company has now responded and made repairs. Hopefully the windows will stay closed now.
