After a storm blew shingles off the roof of my house and detached garage, an IB representative knocked on my door. Once I got everything worked out with the insurance company, IB replaced both roofs. The crew arrived at 5:45 am and were done, cleaned up, and gone by noon. They worked hard, were professional and the quality of their work was exceptional. One small miscommunication required a second trip to finish up one small item. Once I was able to talk to the project manager, the extra work was finished the next day.

After being recommended by a neighbor, I was so happy to work with Joe White & IB Exteriors. Joe performed a same-day inspection, and worked seamlessly with our insurance company to quickly resolve a claim. The work and all materials were first rate, and the price was very fair. A full tear-off and re-roof was completed in about 6 hours with (10) Amish workers! After completion, they spent a good-deal of time to clean-up our property, including using magnets to find any stray nails from the tear-off. Joe came-by the next day to inspect all work, and to ensure we were satisfied. All workers were professional, experienced, diligent, and respectful... IB Exteriors was amazing after we had some major wind storms I had them come check out my roof and sure enough there was damage. I called the insurance company to inform them of the damage and they sent out an adjuster and I had a representative from IB Exteriors Rubin. Rubin was great he took care of all the necessary paper work and additional requirements to get the job done. I highly recommend this business. This company is amazing!! I wish I could give them 10 stars! Courteous! Professional! FAST! Brandon Guthrie took such good care of us every step of the way- making sure we understood the process and felt confident and comfortable with our decision. They did not take one penny of our money until he personally came by, inspected the completion and made sure we were 100% satisfied. After he received payment he offered and went the extra mile by advocating for us when he emailed our insurance company explaining that there was more damage inside the home from the damaged roof than initially realized. Also, we have a pool in our backyard very close to our house and there was not one piece of debris in it or around after their crew was done! They arrived at 7:00 am and we’re completely finished by noon! Except for our beautiful new roof we would have never even known they were there! We had wind damage on our roof starting back in November 2020. Brandon Guthrie is a passionate, caring, knowledgeable, hard working, sales rep. He worked hard on our insurance company by jumping through all their hoops to get what we needed. As far as we are concerned he went above and beyond to do what we couldn’t. I would highly recommend IB Exteriors. Tyler Clausen worked with me every step of the way to make this an easy stress free process. Where do i start? This was a seamless, and stress free process. Tyler Clauson was like our best friend through the entire process! He was very knowledgeable and honest about the process, gave suggestions, and an honest opinion on our ideas. They handled all of the work with insurance, and even did overtime work when the insurance wasn’t in our favor. Needless to say we got our house, garage, and gazebo done and it looks amazing. We had storms this spring..and I noticed siding and roof damage. I had called the insurance company and was told to get estimates. Covid happened and it got put on hold. My sons neighbor was having work done , and sent BRANDON GUTHRIE my way. Honestly, I truly believe this was divine intervention. Our home repair had been on the "back burner" for a few years due to my going thru cancer treatment in 2016-17..and I truly never thought I would see our visions for our old farmhouse ever happen. So, Brandon stopped in to look at the damage, he was so friendly and understanding. He offered his services, and that very day , called our insurance, State Farm, and the ball was rolling. For just the cost of our deductible on our insurance policy, re had a new roof, spouting and our old farmhouse completely sided. I'm here to tell you , with tears in my eyes, I never thought I'd see my home look this beautiful. I now am 4 years cancer free and enjoying my new old home. This company was sent to me by the angels..I'm certain without Mr Beachy and Brandon setting up the crews and being the go between with insurance company and us, we would never have been able to get all this work done.
