I had the pleasure of having work done on my house by Bob Thomas and his team back in May. I had siding torn off my house from the wind, and the rain did some interior damage to the ceiling on that side of the house. We were very impressed from beginning to end. We had a tree fall on our garage and part of our home, and not only did they show up and tarp our roof on a Friday evening, they came back Saturday to check to see how we were doing. That was impressive. Once our insurance company approved our claim, they had our home back to better than before. Called Ohio Restoration Solutions again because of how well they handled my roof. 3 floors of damage. They had my home dried out very rapidly. The work they did repairing all the damage was outstanding. My house looks better now than when I purchased it. I cannot be more pleased with the work. Dan and his crew are the best I have ever seen. 1100 square foot of ceiling looks great. We just had a roof replaced by Ohio Restoration Solutions. It was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend their services. When their representative came on site to give us an estimate, he found damage that was not readily noticeable, which may have easily been over-looked by less-experienced person. When the insurance adjuster came, the Ohio Restoration Solutions rep. was there too, and it was obvious they had a great working relationship. All in all, they made it an easy worry-free experience.

Actually I have had 3 great experiences with Ohio Restoration Solutions! Dan solved my gutter issues with an awesome gutter cover solution at a very affordable price. He also did some siding work for my house. Just last month he did some paint and trim work! He followed that up by having his supervisor come out, inspect the work and make sure we were satisfied with all of the work. The crew cleaned up all the debris before they left and made my wife and I very happy. Call them for a free quote, you will be glad you did!!!

Our new roof looks awesome! Needed a complete replacement after a storm blew off a portion of it. They came quickly to tarp it so we wouldn't also get water coming in. We had wind damage with several missing shingle needing a complete new roof so chose Ohio Restoration Solutions from a friends recommendation.I will say we are very pleased with our new roof! Unlike many people I am off work due to an injury so was able to watch them work along with hear what they were saying so got to see plus hear the extra care & concern they take when doing a job. Their workmanship is top notch as we have a rather complex roof to do plus were amazed at how well they cleaned up when finished. I see that this business has positive customer service, but I will never hire them myself if I need housing repair, due to their lack of professional appearance for their vehicles (how can one expect high quality work from a company if they don’t take pride in their own vehicle appearance) and especially their lack of driving professionalism:This company vehicle blew through a red light and onto the lane that I was using on the way home from running errands, without using its turn signal/blinker on; if it wasn’t for my quick reaction would’ve been in an accident with me, and I would surely be blamed because of my young age (since everybody blames the younger generation for their problems).

Ohio Restorations was a life saver. We returned home to a broken water pipe in our bathroom. The water flooded our bedroom, bathroom and basement.We contacted Ohio Restoration and they quickly came out and began the drying out process. Then they moved expertly to the removal of the damaged property, eliminated what needed to be eliminated and prepared to repair. I didn't intend to be their customer. I got a frantic phone call from my wife that people were on our roof throwing pieces down. Turns out they were supposed to be on the neighbor's house, and climbed straight up and started in without even knocking on the door. Then they tried to convince my wife she had the address wrong. Cops were called, a report was taken. They scrambled around gluing things back on, then told me they didn't have contact information for the company they could leave with me. Fortunately no real damage was done (I had a better company come out and check), but the owner of this company told my neighbor (his actual client) they had fixed some things on my roof, which doesn't pass the laugh test. They never even bothered to call me and fess up or ask whether everything was intact. Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe it.Service: Roof repair
