Back in March 2022 we had a tree fall onto our garage due to a weather related issue. State Farm Insurance linked us with Orion Construction and they came out the following Monday. They were able to get a tree removal company out the same week and the tree was removed with no issue. They also tarped the holes in the roof of the garage. Orion Construction handled the repairs from there and were able to get everything estimated out in a timely fashion. The biggest hold up was with the insurance company. The project took several months to get started due to the State Farm claims department taking longer than expected to get the claim finalized. Once the project started Orion Construction repaired the roof with new wood and newer shingles. They then power washed and painted the garage siding. They then repaired both garage doors. They actually replaced one entirely. Both doors work better than before the incident occured. They actually painted both garage doors as well. Side project also completed - Orion Construction repaired the fascia boards and the gutter on the back of our house. This was due to the gutters hanging off the house due to normal wear and tear. Everyone we worked with was a true professional and easy to talk to. They made the process easy for us. Thank you Orion Construction!

Called about a leaking roof and was cut off mid-sentence asking if I talked to my insurance company yet. Asked why that was important and was told that they "only work with insurance companies".No problem, but there should be some statement on their website or reviews stating as such....

The project manager explained step by step, keeping up to date. The crew was fast, thorough complete great work. The office was always responsive and worked with me to my questions and billing completed. I loved my experience and will tell everyone they should use Orion.

Let's just say if you're interested in getting phone calls and setting up meetings, To have nothing happen, this is your company.. I have more damage done to my house by this company. Than the wind did from them coming and Taking samples multiple times FOR NOTHING. I've wasted days sitting here And waiting for people to show upThat never do, sitting around waiting for people to call me that never do. Same thing every time. "I'm so sorry" blah blah blah "when can I come out again.?"ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. If you still want this company to do work for you? Have nothing to do with Aaron or Bill. Aaron Especially, I don't even know that he works for this company. I feel like he just stole a truck and put that he works for Orion on the side of it. It couldn't be true though because i feel Iike i would have had more work done on my house if it was. Bill, just tells you that someone's coming out or getting ahold of you and they never do. So If you're interested in people coming and taking siding off of your house and shingles off of your roof and leaving tarps all over the place. This is your company. No stars. THERE WAS NO WORK DONE TO EVEN RATE OTHER THEN THEIR COMMUNICATION WHICH IS ZERO!! The supervisor Moreen in the office who is apparently in charge, was supposed to email me results. Never did. A complete break down. Aweful. And my house is still a mess and even worse.

Our house was filled with sewer a few months back and our insurance recommended Orion. I would advise to just not waste your time with this company. They never got back with us when we called or emailed. Claimed they never had our email or never got voicemails and honestly it seemed like they just did not want to work with us. On top of the TERRIBLE communication skills and response times, they told us contradicting information about a lot of different things on our home. For example they had at first told us that we could supply everything for them to put in and then said that we couldn't because they "couldn't guarantee correct service to make sure everything goes in correctly" if we bought our items yet continued to say "if you want something from Home Depot give us the item number and we will purchase it for you from Home Depot." WHAT?! What difference does it make if we buy it vs if you buy it? We worked with Amy and she seemed like she really hated her job and never got in touch with us after the numerous phone calls and emails. She was very unorganized with what she did. It's very sad to see that Orion does not care about their customers and are only after their money and pretty much scamming people. And after seeing the hatch jobs they did on other peoples homes, we decided to do the work ourselves and got it done most likely 100x better than they could and in a short amount of time. All this to say they prolonged everything for MONTHS. If you need something done in a timely manner DO NOT go with Orion and if you need things done professionally RUN FROM ORION.

Orion was prompt, dependable, efficient and trustworthy. A windstorm tore off part of the siding of my house. They handled my insurance claim and were able to re-side the entire house while upgrading the work to include the "wrap" that is now required underneath the siding. The event happened on a Sunday afternoon and I called my insurance on that Sunday afternoon. By that evening Orion contacted me and made arrangements to temporarily "fix" the missing siding the next day (Monday). Once the new siding material was chosen (by me), ordered and delivered it took only two days to re-side the entire house. They did an excellent job! They always contacted me about the progress of my claim and status of the job. I highly recommend their services.

Orion helped me on two insurance damage repairs in the last two years. One of them required some emergency action and creative thinking. In both cases they were responsive and bay far the best contractors I have ever working with. I highly recommend this for any construction project for your home or business.

I experienced roof damage from the wind storm in January. My home insurance company recommended this company and they did not disappoint. Every adjective above is truly how I feel about them. They responded quickly and were very professional. They kept me informed and when time for doing the roof, the quality was amazing. I feel I received a good value for the quality of work. Our experience with these people, their "business" tactics, communications and quality of work and materials was all atrocious. We are left with disappointment, anger, regret and many problems with the "work" they did that we will have to pay someone else to fix. This is in sharp contrast to just about every other company who worked on the same project.

We had an unfortunate mishap with a truck and garage wall, which the truck won 😑. Our garage walls are made of hard to find ceramic block but Orion did a great job finding the best match. The repairs started out slow but after a contractor change things were smooth and expedited. We finally have our garage back.

Had a garage door fixed through insurance. Paid my deductible and thought all was good. Then I get hit with an 1800$ bill. No idea where it came from and when I call I don't get a response. This was a. Done throught my insurance company and now they are trying to scam me for 1800$. Just be wary using this business.

Orion was able to schedule the construction work in late November. Despite the snow and cold weather, the outdoor repair work on a brick wall was done professionally. Likewise, indoor repairs and restorations were also completed satisfactorily.
