A seamless process from start to finish. I was in constant contact with representatives from the company explaining their process, next steps, financial requirements, foundation requirements, etc. I had actual in-depth conversations with Pole Barns Direct where they made sure I understood exactly what I was ordering, offered suggestions, and answered any questions that I had. As a result, I have a barn that I LOVE. From my cupola to my fancy sliding doors with all the windows, my little 2 stall horse barn is exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend this company enough.

My wife and I wanted an unusual combination of structures due to constraints of a very difficult site. I cannot say enough about how happy we are with our experience with Pole Barns Direct. The entire process was smooth as silk. Any changes we wanted were quickly adopted and rolled into our project. The building is even not all the way complete is solid and beautiful and all that we wished for!

When I was getting bids for the project, they were responsive but when I was ready to purchase the building, I heard no response. Later, the owner called me and told me they were doing a company function, so the salesman wasn't there. No problem I said, the issue was why didn't the company use an out of office e-mail responder, standard business practices for over 30 years. He dismissed that, asked me to remove the Google review and I did and later called me and told me he didn't want to do business with me. That is fine, I went with another builder who did a great job and when I asked a question and my sales rep was out, I got a vacation responder notice. It is fine if a company does not want to do business with you but when they pull out right before a contract is signed it costs you money. It required me to reschedule other vendors, and this cost me about $2500 storing items 3 more months and rescheduling vendors due to having to start over on the bidding process. Not to mention I had to pay a higher interest (since interest rates went up) on a line of credit since I could not close out my line of credit till, I had signed building plans. I am sure Pole barns direct does a good job; their product seems nice but the customer service I would give 2 stars. Building a barn or garage is a very costly experience for any business or homeowner so I felt it was important for others to know what you might expect. I will note the owner did e-mail me and put together a timeline of 40 e-mails we had back and forth and that he would publicly put that chain of events in a response to my review. That is fine, the current builder that just finished my build has fielded over 100 e-mails back and forth. This is part of the process, the builder is the expert, the customer is not. The strange thing about building a barn is there are literally 1,000 variables. I understand builders are busy and so they can afford to just skip business they don't want but others should know, maybe your experience will be fine or maybe it won't. Just know as a buyer, if you have a lot of questions, they don't have a lot of patience. I dislike writing a negative review and would much rather give a positive one but that was my experience, and it is something other people should consider when making a decision. If you look at my review record you will see I write far more positive reviews than negative.

I needed to build a pole barn on my property and needed a contractor that was registered with the Summit County Building Department (big government is great...). The building department provided me with two names - one visited my site but did not provide a quote despite my insistence and the other did not want to build the barn exactly how I wanted and turned out to be $10,000 more than Pole Barns Direct. I also got a quote from Morton but they started at $50,000.Luckily I found Pole Barns Direct by reading through the entire list of Summit County registered contractors. I did the online quote and it was very reasonable - even less money than the unregistered Amish wanted. I set up a meeting and spoke with Neil and Rob about what I wanted. They delivered exactly what I wanted and for a great price - steel siding and roof, gutters installed, cupola installed, also installed windows that I provided.Pole Barns Direct just needs a level site to build on. I contracted an excavator to to that work. I also payed a surveyor to drive stakes locating the building as I needed to make certain setbacks per zoning requirements... Pole Barns Direct had the barn done in under a week. After they were done I had concrete poured and electrical installed.I have been recommending Pole Barns Direct to friends and coworkers. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I dread dealing with contractors for projects. But with the very first call to Pole Barns Direct I knew I found the company to build our garage/barn. From dealing with Dustin, Rob and Phil and the rest they were great. They did what they said and kept me well informed. Their schedule was on target, and they took care of everything. Great working with them on this.

Great experience with these guys and had so many compliments on my building,in fact was so impressed tried to get these guys down to my sons house for another building. He was in thier area but apparently due to now being short handed have now shortened thier coverage area.

Website has most info except pricing... however ... recently pricing changes damn near daily so I guess I'd rather get no price then a wrong price. Not sure about anything past that. Never call them or talked to anyone yet.

Most reviews are only as good as the source. I’ve been in construction all my life, my dad was a homebuilder. Owning a business since 1978,(thanks be to God) I strive to run it by shooting for a 10 and end up with a lot of 9‘s. Pole barns direct is a little better than a 9. I am very thankful that I hired pole barns direct and recommend them.
