Reassurance’s representative inspected the roof, went over thoroughly the details of the inspection, explained the insurance procedures, and worked well with the insurance company, the installation crew was very good and very efficient and cleaned up very well after the job is complete.There was some inside work that needed to be done. During a nasty, high-wind storm on March 25, 2023, I had a 400-lb gazebo take flight from my back patio and go over my house damaging parts of my roof, gutters, and two of our vehicles along the way. I called my insurance (Western Reserve Group) right away and they handled everything very well on their end.During the process, Tom Gyeszat, from Resurance was very helpful with navigating everything with my insurance and with providing me information about the damages to my roof, gutters, and some of the fascia on my home.The guys that came out to replace my roof were equally as pleasant to work with. They came early on a Friday and had my old roof removed, bad wood replaced, and the new roof installed by the end of the day. It was a long work day for them but I appreciated how quickly they got things done and how nice of a job they did. The lead roofer, Rafael, walked the roof at the end of the day and made sure everything was ticked and tied. He even painted the stacks on the roof (that had some rust) to match the new black roof.As messy as things got outside during the process throughout the day (it's a messy job), I was impressed with their clean up. Even when one of the guys came the following day (Omar) to retrieve the dumpster, he checked for nails in the driveway where the dumpster had been sitting before he left.Today, DPL came to install the new gutters, downspouts, and fascia. They are addressing some items that were not previously done well with my previous gutters and are installing quality materials. Like the guys who knocked out the roof, they are making quick work of things, are respectful, and it's looking really nice!I appreciate all of the attention to detail these guys put in from beginning to end, and how respectful and pleasant they've been to deal with. OMG!!!!! Just saw one of their vehicles on the highway. Saw them almost cause accidents. They have ZERO concern for safety!!!! Would NEVER hire them if this was an indication of their work!!!
