right choice exteriors put the roof on our house in 2018 and claimed it came with a lifetime of the structure warranty. we contacted them to repair a small leak found during a home inspection. the first number we called said he ‘wasn’t the warranty guy’ and gave us a different number to text. we texted that number and never got a a response. this is just another fly by night roofing company who doesn’t make good on their promises.

Terrible experience. We had a brand new roof put on ended up having a leak that ruined the interior of the attic contacted right choice to correct this issue because it’s all under warranty was told that I had the right company but wrong number ended up getting the right number from the person who answered and was told I had to text them to get ahold of them. It’s been 2 weeks no response I ended up having to call another company out to correct the problem. I wouldn’t recommend Right Choice to anyone. Horrible customer service.

Just wanted to drop a quick line of praise to you guys. I’ve worked with Ted for 5-6 different roof jobs. Everything from shingle to flat roofs. As well as cash pay to working with my insurance company. From beginning to end your company has kept me well informed of the process, had excellent craftsmanship, and kept an incredibly clean work site(s). I recently had a friend who has been in the “roof sales” business beg me to throw him a bone to do a roof. Being the nice guy that I am I tossed him one. Small job, 1000 sq/ft single gable home. A complete nightmare from beginning to end. Shoddy work, the workman looked like they were on a work release program and conducted themselves as such. This company didn’t have the available cash assets to pay the dumpster company and as such they dumped the debris right in my driveway for me to deal with.Long and short of it. Right Choice may not be the cheapest In town, especially for the cash payers out there. However, those extra bucks are well worth it, in the end, to know there is a quality job done!

Right Choice did an awesome job on our roof. Could not believe how easy and fast the whole process was. Everyone we dealt with was very nice. The workers were very thorough with everything that they did. I would absolutely recommend this company

Awsome company! Started with a new roof then next thing I know it looked so wonderful I did all new windows, then I couldn't stop their had them do all new doors and they also went the extra mile to re-face my pillars out front! The workers had my roof of 3 layers torn off and new roof was done in 1 day! Would recommend this company to everyone!! Thanks right choice I'm glad I made.the right choice and went with you!

Right Choice Exteriors is by far the most reliable and trustworthy company I have ever had the chance to experience. They answered all of my questions and were there the entire step of the way. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. From the first time I called until completion was a week or two. Mike took very good care us through the whole process. The workers were attentive to detail and did a great job cleaning up when the job was finished, which was 1 day. Thank you.
