A tree fell on our roof in February and we went through several difficult contractors before we found Tim at TEC Exteriors. We couldn’t be happier and more blessed finding him. Tim walked us through everything from talking to insurance and adjusters, and walked us through the stats and problems with our roof that occurred with the recent storms. He answered every question we had and was willing to work with us even when I threw last minute obstacles at him. He even went above and beyond looking into different parts for my various projects which he certainly did not have to do. He called and texted me immediately when I needed him. He made a point to come a whole hour early when the insurance adjuster decided to show up early. We’ve never had to file a claim with insurance and it likely showed. Tim took the lead. Everything he could handle for us, he did.His crew was incredibly diligent, clean, and hard working. Now we have a beautiful roof that we are confident in and extremely happy with. We’ve done a lot of work on our house over the last several years and TEC is the best contractor we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with!

Best experience I have ever had with a contractor...prompt, excellent service and installation...updated me daily on progress and upon completion, inspected every inch of my siding and gutters for any flaws...Our home in Hartville looks absolutely amazing...I would highly recommend TEC for all your exterior needs...we could not be happier !!
