Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t ever use them for metal roofing because they don’t have a clue what they are doing. Got to love when they forget to install the ridge vent foam and snow blows into my garage 👍 as shown in photo below. let’s not forget they put the wrong color metal in the first time and had to tear it off and redo the entire section. Guess waiting months for a color match was a waste of time.Already had they come out for a leak where they missed a stud while screwing panel down( guess the chalk line didn’t help them much)Update! 4-11-24Another leaf in the roof. Happened to walk out in garage and noticed another leak. What a joke.cant call them to come fix it though because I wouldn’t trust them to put a tarp over a tent. I don’t want them to ever step foot on my property again. I’m just trying to warn others to call someone else.

- Called for a roof leak- Tech came, was very personable, but took pictures with foreboding warnings of how my roof was in “rough shape”- Pictures were to be reviewed by an Anthony according to my contact. Anthony would deem if they could replace the roof and do an insurance claim- Never heard from Anthony or the contact again. Ghosted- Called another roofer, said roof was not in bad shape. Offered a quick $200 repair after correctly diagnosing leak location. Noted that damage not worthy of a claim.

HI neighbors,We had been researching various roofing companies when we came upon Gianna's Roofing and Remodeling. A few days prior we had a "consultation" with another roofing company. My daughter was the one making the phone calls and setting up the appointments. She was to be part of the entire process and she made it known to the different companies we had been meeting with. For this particular situation, she had asked for a 20 minute delay, as she was finishing up a work meeting. The 'gentleman' who came over for the above mentioned "consultation" had me sign a contract without including my daughter in the conversation. As I am up there in years, my daughter felt that he had bullied me into signing the contract. It was our understanding that we were to have a conversation with the roofing company and nothing more! My daughter felt hat he saw an opportunity and took it. That is not o.k. with her!! She pursued the matter and was able to get us out of the contract.Then along came Sarah S., Roofing Consultant, from Gianna's Roofing and Remodeling. She guided and supported us during the entire process. From the first call to the insurance company to the last, to making sure we were satisfied with the crew that did the work. Sarah's knowledge of the roofing industry, as well as the products offered is second to none. She made us feel like no question was to small and guided us through the overwhelming task of navigating our insurance claim.Sarah's transparency was not lost on us, as it is a dying characteristic, not only with people in general but especially when it comes to business dealings. We had anticipated going a different route when it came to replacing our gutters but decided to have Gianna's complete the job. Great experience! We had storm damage last November and choose gianna’s to replace our roof. We had a very hard time with the insurance company (to say the least), but Jessie was there every step of the way !Side note:Jessie would not back down from the insurance company and she knows her stuff! Jessie of Gianna's has been super helpful in working with me on a short-notice timeline to assess my roof and get me where I need to be to move forward with repair work. She was quick to set up an appointment and spent time both on and off the roof to get a detailed look at the job as well as to take a look at any other points of interest I had questions about. Her responsiveness has been superb and I've definitely been appreciating the work she's be putting in.

We experienced storm damage on Labor Day and our insurance company referred us out to a company that sent out Gianna's Roofing that day. We signed a contract on 9/7/2020 and the work was not completed until 1/11/2021. The damage caused involved needing our roof patched and our dining room ceiling repaired (big hole, shown in the picture in the review). None of the work was even STARTED until 1/4/2021. There were so many excuses along the way, but COVID was never used as a delay reason until the very end of December (about an hour after we were expecting people to be here doing the work). Before work was even completed, my contact (Jesse) with the company wanted to come out and collect payment. I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but I honestly have never had such a negative experience with a company, ever. I would give a one star review, but the interior subcontracting company they sent out, four months from when the damage took place, did a great job and the guys were highly professional. The roofing subcontractor they sent out (who told us he's been working with Gianna's for years)...not professional at all.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

I would highly recommend Giannas roofing. The representative was great but the company and the installers customer service was the worse. I am still cleaning up shingles from the work done last year and they damaged items and left my gutters full of shingles. Would not recommend. We scheduled this company to do a roofing job and was scheduled for Friday July 10th, they called and rescheduled for Friday July 17th. No show, called office , excuses with Promise they would be there Monday July 20th. Monday , no show again, I called and after multiple complaints had a man named Chris come to do roof. Was to finish that day, did not. Finished Tuesday and confirmed the debris would be taken care of. Thursday appraiser comes, the debris was never taken care of. This company is unaccountable for their actions and give many run arounds and excuses. Go elsewhere!
