Had leaks on a wood shake roof. I could not find anyone who could work on a geodesic roof let alone wood shake. Ron handled both obstacles and the cherry on top was that he completed the project at a reasonable price. Just top notch professionals and his crew have been with him for many years.

Ron and his crew did a beautiful job a few years back installing the roof on our pole barn. So when our roof recently started leaking through a 30 year old skylight, Ron was the first and only call we made. I love my beautiful roof! Ron was a absolute pleasure to work with the entire process. Came on time, did great work and has a solid crew of guys. Came out twice to not only quote my roof but also to check inside with the attic. Made sure there was no interior problems. I talked with a lot of other roofers, he was the only one who really took the time to explain the entire process, and show me the details of my roof.That really sold me on the job. I understood 100% what was needed and the work to be done. He was a middle range quote for me, i chose him because of his expertise and professionalism. He also works the jobs with his guys and is doing the work on the roof. That was important to me, as a lot of other companies don’t do it that way. Ron also gives a 10 year warranty on his work. Ron and the crew were amazing!! First the quote Ron gave me. He broke everything down as to what they would do and made it very easy to understand and was very detailed. Ron and his crew have put on 5 roofs for me. Including a1500 sq/ft hip roof and a contemporary roof on a 4000 sq/ft home. Always professional, always on time, always a class job going the extra mile. He is the only one I call anymore. Used some of the other guys and got an ok job but not a great job. My opinion is don’t waste your time on the other guys. Ron does a great job at a really good price.

This past winter after it being wet and then cold, I noticed that my garage roof was leaking pretty bad. I called Lincoln Roofing and got a representative out to my house right away to give me an estimate. I got right on the schedule. They arrived at my house right on time, with all supplies and was very impressed with the nice equipment that they had, like the lift to the roof so material is not getting strewn about my yard as I have a dog and young children. Afterwards everything was cleaned up meticulously, and I am extremely pleased with the job. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends.

Ron Sweigert of Lincolns Roofing gave me an estimate in early spring 2021 to replace my 29 year-old roof on my home in Bainbridge Township, OH. His estimate was neither the lowest nor the highest, but it was certainly the most thorough and detailed and I believe a fair value. I wanted a roof (1) installed by a roofer certified by the product line being sold; (2) a roof with Class 4 certification for impact resistance because I wanted to qualify for a potential reduction in home owner's insurance and needed a roofer who could assure me of that product and deliver the form I needed to file; (3) a roof that I could assure my daughter would last at least as long as the previous roof; and (4) a roof that was an aesthetically pleasing match in house color and design. Besides these requirements, let me tell you how Ron ticked all the boxes I value in a tradesperson: (1) he answered every one of my emails or telephone calls in the same day, but usually within an hour or two; (2) some may not care, but I do: he wrote clear and specific answers in clear wording that addressed all my questions raised in each communication; (3) he offered to start a day early--we agreed he'd do the tear-off the day before the roof work was originally scheduled to be done and finish it up the next day; (4) his crew arrived on time each of those two days, as did Ron, and they were a meticulous and clearly a skilled team who worked together with efficiency and ease; (5) they were respectful of property and cleaned up their work area as a homeowner would hope; (6) where there was a damaged plant or a landscape furrow from the equipment, Ron pointed them all out and apologized--there was nothing significant in either case, but he is attentive to such details and pointed them out, reflecting his values and honesty. If you need a new roof and any of these items I value are ones you share, call him. I wish all tradespeople were as qualified, easy to work with, and delivered exactly what they promised and met or exceeded their timeframe. Bliss.Service: Roof installation
