I have been photographing Perrino homes for quite a few years.When I arrive I always ask the home owners: How was your experience with Perrino?I always get the same response, great!As a photographer it's always a pleasure photographing homes that are so incredibly beautiful like the Perrino homes are. The attention to detail on his homes is nothing short of spectacular! Not only that, but it makes my job a lot easier. If I was going to remodel or build a new home, there would be only one builder I would call and that builder is Pat Perrino.

We contacted Perrino in 2021 (under 2 years ago) about reworking our detached garage space. It required a $2500 retainer that would be put towards the build of the project. We went back and forth several times (as seen in attached emails) that the drawing measurements were not correct and our contact there agreed. While still not having correct dimensions, we were quoted $123,000 + We decided to pause to save money and work to getting the correct measurements. During this time no one from this company contacted us. I contacted them in September 2023 to see if we can finalize the plans and move forward. Knowing pricing would have changed but we have saved to do this job. As you can see in the emails, we were offered a few options to move forward; one of which is paying another $2500 to the same company which didn’t make sense to us. We asked to speak to an owner and Pat did reach out immediately. He clearly doesn’t know the job or the situation as he said in asking to move house walls and we need new plans. I said it was detached and we never had correct plans drawn. He said they supplied plans and it’s not his fault I’m unhappy and that picky. When I said we are just off by a few feet with this building he offered to come out. He asked for our address and then said we are far out and they are very busy so he wasn’t sure he would continue with us as a client. I said you took our retainer and now you won’t work with us? He said he would come out and see and I asked if I needed our lawyer present since he is refusing to work with us. He told me he will not come if a lawyer is present and I said ok, just us and he hung up. I sent an email recap and he finally emailed my husband. After $2500,we don’t have plans for a garage after several basic attempts and a company that took our money no problem.Have several emails but guidelines do let us post where our contact agrees plans are incorrect. We had purchased a couch from them a few years ago. The couch is wonderful, however because of how they treated me and my grandmother, we cannot recommend them at all. They first told us to go to where the on sale couches were, followed us there and when we checked the rest of the store, they just kept following us around. I paid in full for the couch($2100) in 2019(and the couch was also not on sale by the way), but they definitely did not want us in there because we didn’t look “rich” enough. We are a middle class family, but I had been lucky enough to be able to save for a new couch for my grandmother. Very standoffish and snobby staff. Maybe if you look rich they’ll treat you better.

We had a good experience building with Pat Perrino and his team. Pat is very creative and has a great sense of design. He designed and built our dream home. His team was organized, easy to work with, and paid attention to the details. In addition to building the house, we bought most of our furniture at his store. I highly recommend working with him on your dream home.

Pat and his team remodeled our first floor and two bathrooms. Just love the new look and the furniture that we purchased from their store. Our experience was positive from beginning to end. I have recommended Perrino builders to others; they have also been very pleased with their service and building skills.Recently we updated our deck and added a custom firepit. We have enjoyed the firepit with neighbors and friends; it's a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and relax in the evening. The entire experience is enhanced with music from the outdoor sound system. I highly recommend Perrino builders to remodel your existing house or build your dream home.

We interviewed many custom home builders, and chose to go with Perrino Builders because of the personalized attention and genuine commitment we received from the very first meeting with them. I am happy to report, many months later, that we were not disappointed...that personal touch and level of service was consistent throughout every step of the process, from researching and purchasing land, to construction and financing, to finishing touches and punch list completion. We had a horrible kitchen. Certainly dated, inefficient with bad access from the outside door. Trust me, it was designed to give a Thanksgiving hostess nightmares. We finally decided to bite the bullet and gut it, changing the entry way and in general make it more usable and attractive. We got estimates from many “kitchen remodelers” in the Cleveland area. The only one who actually listened to what our vision was, was Perrino Builders. The house is 100+ years old, and we wanted to maintain the interior feel of the era as well as save the (now impossible to replace) bricks on the exterior while changing the doorway. Pat Perrino and his crew made it happen. New entry - and you can’t tell that it wasn’t original to the house. Open, welcoming kitchen space with new cabinets, floor, appliance, lights and a change to the heating system (original was steam radiators that took up a lot of space) that made it a wonderful place to work and welcome guests. Note - Perrino Builders estimate was lower than all of the other estimates we received. But, my father and uncles were all in trades, so we knew that the way you really get burned is on the “allowances”. Well, we didn’t go cheap on our choices (nor did we choose marble - really bad for kitchen work surfaces anyway) and not once, I repeat, not once did we go over our allowances. In terms of the actual process, all good. The crews were universally polite, careful to keep dirt out of the rest of the house (impossible to keep it all out, but they did a great job), and pretty much on target for dates and schedules. Again, given my family’s trade background, we know full well that your projects have to have a flexible timeline. As for their artistic vision - far better than ours. Pat Perrino came out and told us we could remove the soffits which really opened up the windows. He also recommended an island. We weren’t certain it would work and initially thought his design might be too fancy for our lifestyle. Wrong, wrong, wrong. The island is now the center of all entertainments, looks great and in now way constricts activities in the kitchen. Props to Pat - he was right. From beginning tear down to cooking our first dinner, it took about 3 months - pretty much what the estimate was for. And....we LOVE it, LOVE it, LOVE it. Wish we would have done it years ago.

Perrino builders did a total transformation at our home. Our home is 28 years old and was badly in need of an update. We replaced 1.5 bathrooms and updated the entire first floor of our home. New paint, wood molding, crown ceiling, dry bar, fireplace renovation (which was fabulous) and much more!Keven was our project manager, he was wonderful to work with on this transformation. He was attentive and on top of all of the work. I never had to worry. This is the first time that we have done a rennovation with a project manager, and what a wonderful thing! One face and one voice.... it was fabulous.I would reccomend Perrino's for any of your remodel needs. Their professionalism and quality are above expectations.

While we were considering building a new house, we saw the Perrino model home and fell in love with the style. We met with Pat and his architect several times to hammer out our design, picked out a lot and applied for a constuction loan. Pat knew what bank to send us to based on his experience. He was a huge help through the approval process. This was crucial because the average lender does not specialize in construction loans.Once we were approved, the building process began. They kept us updated on the schedule, met with us and answered any questions we had. Outside of the normal craziness of building a home (selections, budget, timeframe), it was a very smooth process. We still owned our other home at the time and were on a budget. They respected that and helped us stay within our budget.We've been in our house for almost 3 years and have had no major problems with it. They fixed any small issues we had at our 1 year warranty (standard stuff that happens as the house settles).We contracted Pat and his team to come back and finish our basement this past winter. Except for the occasional mess, it was also a very smooth process. We absolutley love it! I don't know that we'll have any other construction projects, but if we do, we'll call Pat and his team!

Don't build with this business. We built a home with them, they say you can have what is 'custom' but really, they will fight with you every step of they way to go with options that are probably cheaper for them but look shoddy. They're sloppy, don't read laws they absolutely NEED to read on housing codes and porches.Plenty of what they built for us had issues - and they refuse to fix these problems that they created themselves.Save yourself a hassle and seriously do not build with these people.

We down sized from Pepper Pike we got completely new home that is completely beautiful, comfortable and with the latest trends and fashion, Pat Perrino and there staff where great , the one stop shop with there designer Chelsea and Donna Hawkins production manger they did an awesome job of putting all our thoughts to reality, we love our home and we have been there 5years and still go in there design center to buy furniture and accessories we would highly recommend Perrino builders
