After several trips to our home and cut our celing out over the bay window, and cutting the ceiling out in part of our garage. All of a sudden jonathan called and said.."our production department" doesnt have any room to help you.I talked to zeb today and he said, and I do quote, "thats not my job to know what other departments do here".Oh they had the nerve to send us a bill though.Like i told zeb, social media is a great venue as well as we will be letting our insurance company how Boone treated us.

We have used Boone Restoration for years since we had a pipe freeze a burst. The entire bathroom and family room had to have the flooring removed along with the trim. They had a team come in and pack everything, another team dried the place and then when it was ready put new flooring and trim in both rooms.Great work and when we had some shingles blow off the roof I called them and they sent someone right out to quick patch it and then the team came out and fixed. I had a tree fall on my house that busted through my front door, an upstairs window, and knocked a few holes through the siding. Boone Restoration is one of my insurance company's preferred contractors. The door and window were boarded up and the holes in the siding covered in a professional and timely manner, in the rain no less. I am beyond impressed with the service provided. I highly recommend Boone Restoration.

Boone was called in to prepare a major kitchen plumbing project to begin and to also re-install the kitchen cabinets and countertops back into place after the plumbing was complete. They also had their cleanup crew in to clean every surface that was affected by jackhammer debris. They are professional, talented, prompt and easy to work with. I LOVED LOVED LOVED THE WORK BOONE DID IN OUR HOME. We had water damage in our kitchen and foyer, they had to replace the flooring, I was amazed at the quality and efficient of the staff. The floors look absolutely AMAZING.I just wanted to update this, I had VERY little situation with my carpeting and I expressed my concern with Boone, they came out with no hesitation and with a very helpful attitude and corrected the problem. When I say I would recommend them to ANY AND EVERYONE I would, I just love the people and the quality of work. VERY HIGH PRAISES BOONE!

After a house fire 3 days after Christmas, Boone Restoration was called in to oversee the entire restoration project of our home! They are an amazing company!! They have teams who come in, pack up all undamaged items, remove them, clean them, and store them until the home is completely restored.Other teams come in and begin tear down and rebuild in an amazing amount of time. Ours was a complete teardown, and in a little less than 8 weeks, we were moving back in to a perfect house!!!Whether you have small jobs or large rebuilds,, be SURE to call Boone Restoration! They are all easy to work with, master craftsman, will do exactly as you ask, and provide 110% satisfaction! We'd also like to give a special thanks to Nick, Lee, and especially Derek who made this experience one of unbelievable ease and joy! Boone Restoration did the repair/restoration work on my house after the tornado went through the Tipp City/New Carlisle area in the spring of 2017. I knew that they would do a terrific job, but even before I used them I was impressed with the trust that the insurance adjuster had in them. She (from Erie Insurance) was so delighted that I intended to use them. She said that she had full confidence in their work and that their estimation procedures were spot on. I knew that about Boone, but was glad to hear a third party confirm that as well.They covered every little detail of the estimate with precision and care. If you have a choice of contractor to use in your restoration, I'd (without hesitation) recommend Boone.

Wasted several days, waiting for workers to show up on days scheduled. Very unprofessional to just not show up, when you’ve made arrangements to be home on the days they are supposed to be coming. Work done was ok.

As a vendor Tom treated me with class and respect. I could always get a 2 minute conversation. I have left my number since Tom has left and no one seems interested in returning my call. Its to bad because we had a good business relationship. They pay their bills and follow through. You could trust them to get the job done. Tom was my contact, I do not know who took over. But if they are anything like time you can trust them to do a good job. He negotiated awesome pricing, free shipping and 30 day billing. Those are the people I like to do business with.

Drives extremely reckless almost smashing into the back of my car from riding my tail and then almost hitting another car when speeding around me and another car. Btw we were going 75 in a 65 meaning after they got around me and another car they were going 80+
