We had our roof replaced by ACR. We we're very impressed from getting the estimate to getting the work completed. They were very honest and delivered what was promised. We had one small problem, but it was corrected immediately. They seem very dedicated to do the best possible job possible. After getting 3 estimates we found they were very reasonable in there pricing.

I had wind/storm damage to my house and garage. I had several estimates and chose ACR Contracting to replace my roof. Own, Bob Snyder was knowledgeable about the work that was going to be completed. He explained the process and of the replacements. He went the extra mile with improving the function and appearance of the roof. His company does use quality materials (shingle). I researched the material he uses and am highly satisfied in the quality and the warranty. If I sell my house the warranty will transfer.Service: Roof installation

Day 1 of 2 completed for our new roof installation, but, could not wait to provide a review of their exceptional work. The quality of the old roof removal, and installation of the new rain and wind guard, ridge vents and shingles was by far the best I have ever seen. Glad we went with the contrasting brown drip edge against the white aluminum facia. Gives it a beautiful accent. The crew was polite, got right to work and worked hard throughout the day. Awesome protection of our landscaping next to the house and cleanup including rolling the ground with magnets and one young man was even down on his hands and knees. Tomorrow they finish the back of the house. No dormers to deal with on the back. No doubt the finished job will be fabulous and I’ll be back with a wrap up post. Pricing was very competitive. I will definitely be recommending them to residents in our HOA that have the same 23-25 year old homes. Thank you Bob and crew!Ok! A little rain and winds of 50+miles/hr, but only a few says later and the crew was back and finished up on the 2nd day and a final 1/2 day. What a beautiful roof and the quality of the work was great. You hate spending the money but my “castle” was over due. The value of our home just went up and I even spoke with my insurance broker and the cost for the home insurance will drop because of the new roof. Adding a drip edge to match the brown shingles up against the white facia added a beautiful sharp accent. They even replaced the stack vent boots with brown and painted the roof stacks a “leather brown” color to add a beautiful look and blend I. To the overall structure. BTW, even after searching a couldn’t find a single nail on the ground. Our pups will be safe. They came in the morning and by the time I got home that afternoon they were done and everything was cleaned up with no sign that they were ever there! This was the second estimate I received for my roofing project the first company was in my home for 4 hours, and the price was very high. ACR arrived with the estimate already written and that price was 60% less than the previous estimate, with the same transferable warranty. The new roof was put on a week later and looks good.

5/5 Acr contracting did a great job on my roof. In and out in one day. Clean up was fantastic didn’t find one nail. They have completely changed the curb appeal of my house with the suggestion of the black drip edge, black gutters, and black facia. I would recommend them to anyone. They have added so much value to my home.

I cannot say enough good things about ACR Contracting. ACR Contracting was great to work with. They are reliable, honest, and operate with integrity. They went above and beyond helping me with my insurance company and fighting my cause from a wind storm and a tree falling on my roof on March 4, 2023. They relentlessly pursued my insurance company for 7 months, sent my shingles to ITEL, and requested a second adjuster from my insurance company be sent to my house for an inspection and filed a complaint with the Department of Insurance. They took the time to answer any questions I had and provided me with all options available - from repair to replacement, based on the final decision about my claim from the insurance company. ACR Contracting went through a lot with my insurance company, and I know they did a lot more for me than is required from a signed "Business Contract." There are no adequate, eloquent, or appropriate words that could represent, describe, or express the kind of review ACR Contracting deserves or should be advertised and written about in this review because they are a gift, priceless, and truly a blessing. ACR Contracting pursued my insurance company and claim, as if I were family, a friend, and not just a client. Their company is not about big business and money but family, integrity, and justice. These days, you don't find companies that will care enough to put themselves in your shoes and treat your claim as if it were their own. To be a client of ACR Contracting, you are part of a family. Their team did an excellent job on my roof. As soon as they were leaving the driveway, the compliments from my neighbors were already starting to come in. In addition, while getting a new roof, I decided this was a perfect time to replace the gutters and add facia. My home is over 65 years old, so in the future, when I move on to my next home improvement projects, I will definitely be taking advantage of their other quality services like windows and siding. Hired to install a new roof, competitive pricing, explained everything that was going to be done .
