Where do I even begin! We had MAJOR water damage to the lower floor of our home. Ranger was called and at our home in the blink of an eye! Very professional polite and hard workers. They paid very good attention to detail weather it was in the clean up and restoration or with our personal belongings. Very very fast and efficient. I would recommend Ranger restoration along with Luke, Matt & Mike to any and everyone. They all three were very kind and caring to our situation. I deal with many companies daily and Ranger is on the top of my list in All Aspects. Not to mention the pricing was above & beyond fair. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We had a huge sewage line leak in our finished basement that totally destroyed the family room, laundry room, bathroom, closets and personal items. I called Ranger at 4 o'clock on Friday afternoon in desperation for help and they made adjustments to their work schedule to come out and had the crew there by 6 PM that drove from an hour and a half away. The crew was absolutely AMAZING and worked non-stop till after midnight. They kept in contact over the weekend and returned on Monday to assess the progress, and did an outstanding job of cutting the drywall and cleaning everything. I truly am in awe of the service they provided. A huge shout out to Matt, Tristen, and Michael who were so kind, respectful of our property and hard working beyond belief!These guys are on the frontlines and represent your company in the most professional way.Richard Branson quote "Train people well enough so they can leave. Highly recommend Ranger Recovery & Restoration! We noticed a pipe valve failed in our basement and had been leaking water for several hours. This was on a Sunday night and I was so relieved to hear that they could stop out the very next morning because I had to completely shut off the water main to stop the leaking. I would like to commend Luke, Matt, Ben and Tristan for showing up right on time, thoroughly examining the situation, explaining the mitigation process, and I didn't have to lift a finger moving anything out of the way. They were very respectful of my home and careful with my belongings. They left 9 big fans running and 2 industrial dehumidifiers running for a couple days, then came back to collect the equipment and perform a moisture reading, which ended up being 7% dryer than normal! They also made it easy for me because my insurance company called with all kinds of questions, asking me to provide documents, demanding photographs - all of which Ranger had completely already covered for me. We had Luke from Ranger come out for a consultation and he was thorough and professional. He figured out where the problem was coming from and set out a plan to help with microbial treatment and a dry out of the area. We are very pleased with the service provided by Ranger Recovery. We very recently finished our basement to move my sick mother in law into our home to be able to care for her. Our basement is a full apartment for her (kitchen,bathroom, bedroom). On July 1st our basement flooded causing significant damage to our brand new construction. I was referred to this company using Servpro. They arrived within 2 hours of me calling. Matt and Mike worked quickly and did an excellent job cleaning and salvaging as much as they could. They were very neat and were very mindful of our other belongings that they needed to move and work around. 24 hours later, the area they cleaned is sparkling clean and almost completely dry. Matt and Ben…. Thanks for all your hard work today! Wednesday was a disaster. I came home from a long day at work to find water pouring in my garage from the upper floor. From the amount of time I was gone I’m guessing 600 to 800 gallons of water flooded the bathroom and hallway from a burst water line. I called Ranger Recovery that night after wet vacuuming up an inch of standing water.Matt and Ben from Ranger arrived early the next morning and conducted a detailed inspection, documenting their findings with photos. They set up 2 large dehumidifiers, one upstairs and one downstairs. Matt explained the process in layman’s terms and made me feel that there was a solid plan to deal with this catastrophe. They arrived the next morning and got right to work explaining what they were doing on the way; bagging up the downstairs drywall and cleaning up as they went. They treated the wet areas with a chemical to stop mold growth. They stayed until their job was complete. I was amazed at their thoroughness and professionalism. They set up 10 industrial fans to dry the impacted areas (very loud but necessary to prevent mold) and plan to return Monday to pick them up and recheck the progress. These folks are literally the best! They restored my hope that this will quickly be behind me; I really cannot thank them enough.I found out later that this is a Veteran owned company…. That a win-win for me. I served 26 years in the Army, and am very lucky to be their customer. I know what attention to detail looks like and they have exceeded my expectations. Absolutely incredible. My entire finished basement flooded due to failed sump pump. Called these guys late at night, they came first thing in the morning. Spent 13 hours at my house without even taking a lunch or dinner break removing all water and flooring. Steamed and sanitized my entire basement to prevent the risk of mold and left 10+ fans and dehumidifiers here for 3 days to assure no future issues. I would highly recommend Ranger to anyone in a “crappy” situation!! I had a sewage backup into my basement/bedroom and Michael was extremely quick to respond and very professional and knowledgeable from the start. He sent Matt out late at night to tape off the area and get air filters going, and Matt was very professional as well.
