Elliott was very responsive during the whole process of getting our roof redone following storm damage. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct with our insurance to allow him to do the necessary work for a new roof. He was very responsive and once the new roof was approved by insurance it was completed in less than a week! Elliott is great! We had no idea how to proceed or what to expect after our roof was damaged and leaking when a tree limb fell and broke through the decking. He came out and tarped the damaged area, offered us additional suggestions on how to keep the rain out of the house and HE fought the insurance company to get our claim approved. He kept us fully informed as our claim was passed along through multiple adjusters. It took awhile, but he didn't give up. I honestly don't believe that we would have gotten a full roof replacement if it weren't for his continous efforts on our behalf.
