Mark with Bostion construction knows his job, he spent over two hours on my roof and came up with an excellent assessment. He worked together with my insurance to get them to pay for the job. Bryan with Bostion Construction has a great integrity. He leaves you not just with a good roof, but leaves an impression of his integrity with you that stays with you for the rest of your life. Was checking out companies for having my roof replaced. I had 3 companies out for estimates. Waited on a final offer and happened across Bastion Construction on Facebook. Reading some of the reviews I came across a review by someone I knew. I called and scheduled an inspection. Dave Rupp was my contact. He showed up at the appointed time. We discussed a time line in the future when it could be done. He took a lot of info and he said he could work with my Insurance Company to see if insurance would cover it. A meeting was scheduled between the two. They did a physical inspection of roof. A month later I have a new roof covered by my insurance so far. Besides David, I worked with Ryan and Brian that helped supervise the installation. The Installation Crew was super efficient and did a great job with the installation and cleanup afterwards. If you're looking for a great contractor, this is the team you want to hire.

I've been a Customer Service Leader/ Professional for most of my career and have seen such a decline in service over the years. Who would have thought a 'Roofing Company' would display what I consider Five Star Service, but they did !!My overall experience, end to end with Bastion Roofing was amazing ! From David answering all of my questions, providing guidance and reassurance to Ryan continuing to provide this stellar service as he facilitated the installation of my roof, gutters and downspouts. They did a quality job and everything looks great. David & Ryan were very timely, conscientious, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I noticed that many of our neighbors were getting new roofs; when I inquired about it, they cited the hail storm that blew through last summer. In light of that, I reached out to Bastion to see if our roof needed repaired or replaced. Bryan did a thorough investigation, & when it was discovered that the roof had sustained damage, we submitted a claim. Bryan expertly handled everything else: the communication was excellent, the scheduling was convenient, the installation was bar none, the final product is exceptional & the follow up has been reassuring. Bryan's point-man, Ryan, was equally professional & was able to answer all of my questions both on-site & over the phone. Their crew was clearly experienced; & they were also courteous & thorough. For these reasons, I recommend Bastion without reservation.

I had severe wind and hail damage to both my roof and my aluminum siding. A neighbor recommended Bastion and I scheduled an appointment to have them come out to give me an estimate. They came out on the day/time that was scheduled. I worked with David and Aaron during the planning stage. They thoroughly inspected my roof and siding damage and talked about my options - including changing the color to navy & white! There was no heavy push to upsell anything. Ultimately, due to the damage I experienced, I was able to have a total roof and siding repair. Bastion worked closely with my insurance company and they were so patient with all the questions I had and the insurance adjustors had. Once the work was scheduled, I started working with Bryan. Bryan was amazing at communicating when his crews were going to be here and what they'd be working on. Additionally, they cleaned up after themselves and were meticulous with the clean up. Bastion was great at working with me in processing payments from the insurance company as well. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Bastion in the future. My wife and I used Bastion construction for an insurance claim on our roof. Mark inspected our roof and met with the insurance adjuster to go over what was needed to do the repairs correctly. Mark always kept us informed and updated through out the process. He even made a special tripover to verify all color choices and materials were correct. Working with Bastion construction and Mark was the best experience my wife and I have had in the 30 years we've owned our home and had to have repairs done! It was a win-win!! Dave and another associate inspected my roof. Both Dave and his coworker were extremely helpful in explaining the condition of the roof and the pros and cons of making a claim. They offered advice on how to move forward and answered specific questions I had about how making a claim would work. They were also very friendly and talked to me on a level I could understand without feeling condescending.
