Over all, very pleased with the work what was done. The sales rep (Ryan) was great, no high pressure sales tactics, very personable, just gave me the facts and answered any questions. He was very competent and knowledgeable about his company. The project manager of the team who came and did the work (Mat) was very professional and courteous. He led his team to complete the work efficiently and when I looked at the work after it was completed, it appeared to be done correctly even though it was done quickly.

Great company to work with. Staff is very pleasant and easy to work with. Was able to get a meeting and scheduled to have our installation only a couple weeks later. Their products are top-notch! Would have given five stars but their installers were a bit messy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to fix their wet basement.

The sales people were very knowledgeable and presented the service clearly and the cost. The appointment to do the work was delayed 3 times and there was never a phone call to say they weren't coming. The workmen were very polite and friendly and answered all questions I had. There were some unfinished areas on the floor of the crawl space . There are 5 concrete block pillars and the floor was sealed around two of them but not the other three. Also, the sump pump was not functioning properly it kept switching to the back up pump on the battery. A call was made to customer service and someone is supposed to come tomorrow a week after the project was completed to check it out.

Erie did a great job. The reassurance that they are only a phone call away eased my concerns of what if theories. The gentlemen were very respectful and answered all my questions I had at the time. Also knowing all the work has a warranty. Including the leveling of my home. They generally care that I am a satisfied customer.

The sales team was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They answered every question we had. The contract process was efficient and quick. The first crew called prior to arrival on their scheduled date. The second crew also called prior to arrival on their scheduled date. Both crews were respectful and took pride in their work. If they did not have an answer to a question, they called to get the correct information. I would highly recommend Erie Home to anyone and everyone.

Poor dust protection. Damage to ceiling tiles. Poor concrete leveling and clean up. Did not leave owners manuals for the mechanicals. When called about manuals they still have not delivered.

Well I paid these folks to come in and do my basement,they damaged my basement step landing and tried to hide it with broken rock from basement floor,they ran wiring for pump over top of my floor and my wife tripped over it and hurt herself an wile digging trench for drainage system they broke through my main sewer pipe which now i.have backup and a disgusting smell! By the way thiswas paid in full! 24g.

They where late and pushing off dates to be here making the project long then it should have taken. Listening to music and playing around. When asked when they were coming back out it would be days before the last visit. Come to find out all of the people working on the project where fired. When they were done I found some of my children's keepsake where ruin. When I was called to see how I like Erie Basement solutions I told them about this and they done nothing. All they cared about was closing for the money.

Very professional, and always kept me updated on progress throughout the process. Would recommend them to anyone. Only downfall is they need to leave warranty and operating instruction books for sump and air purifier system with job foreman to give to the homeowner.

The Erie team worked on our basement for three days, they arrived promptly every morning and were very polite. They pumped all of the water out of the flooded side, and had to removed the double floor on the other side. The end results are a dry, brighter, infinitely more useable and hospitable basement, and incredible worry off of our minds. The best part is they accomplished this without having to dig out the yard. I would absolutely recommend Erie Basement Solutions to anyone with basement flooding and moisture issues!

The job is don’t and my basement is dry. My cement floor in the basement was not perfect by any means however I feel like they could have done a little better of a job smoothing out the concrete. At the bottom of the stairs there dents made from when they tried to level it out and they left the wall a little messy but over all the rest of the job looks great and I would recommend them in the future.
