Soo and his crews made all the repairs to our house after a lightning strike & fire. All work was quality! Communication was excellent, as we we’re always notified when someone was coming to our home. Repairs took a long time and homeowners should have patience due to supply chain delays. I had hired them to do some storm repairs on my house. After about 4 months of barely being able to get a hold of them, I finally fired them. I could never get any responses either email or phone call on if the project was being worked on or was ever going to get started.

They came out to look at making repairs after some water damage and some non related upgrades to the bathrooms. I was told I would get a quote the following week. After about a week with no quote I called the office and was told they would get back with me. No one ever got back with me and I never got a quote. I feel like a dodged a bullet. If they can't even return your call, what would their work be like?

The company gave me an estimate full of items they never intended to do. I had to fight to take them off the estimate. The work they did do was described by the general manager as horrible and embarrassing and they still billed me for it. The supervisor yelled in my face.
