Nick's company replaced my roof. I was very please with his professionalism and responsiveness. He appeared to be very honest and I was very impressed with him. Apparently I was wrong. About a month after the installation there was a heavy snow which of course melted, and I had a lot of leaking on my ceiling in the hallway near the chimney area. Repeated calls to Nick went unanswered, I texted him without response. I am not sure what has happened and I am actually quite shocked that he has not returned my calls. Obviously I would have expected him to come and check out the situation and help resolve it.
