It was 11 weeks between purchase and install. The sales person, Jeff, was great to work with and came out to check on us after installation. The windows are beautiful!

Had a great experience with McCloud! From the initial sales meeting to install, everything went smoothly. I had my whole home installed with new windows. 15 total, and they had it knocked out in a day. I’ve had the windows for about a month and everything is as it should be. These windows are exactly what we wanted and expected. They are a quality product. The noise difference is amazing. We replaced our old original aluminum windows with their vinyl, and we couldn’t be happier. I would recommend McCloud to anybody interested in new windows.

We had a great experience with McCloud Windows from start to finish! Our sales rep was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. We were fully educated about the different options available and transparently informed of the cost involved. We were given the option to finance through a lender they use but we opted to pay outright. It took just a few weeks before the windows were available for installation. The installers came as scheduled, they were punctual, professional but yet personable, and most importantly, very efficient and skilled. Our 13 windows were installed in just one day with the installers leaving everything neat and tidy with no evidence of work being done other than our beautiful new windows! Look: my wife and I don't know anything about windows. For stuff like this we are taking the seller's word for the quality of the product and the installation. With that said, the most important thing for us in a company like this is TRUST--and we were very impressed with the McCloud team from sales to installation, and we trust that we were given a competitive product at a very competitive price (we had priced out some other companies somewhat passively and McCloud offered the best value for us, easily), and that if there are any issues in the future then McCloud will do their best to remedy those issues.The process was about as easy as it could be for my family. Installation was fast and on-time, and the installers were friendly and kept the work as clean as could be expected. We're very pleased with the results--and if the windows are as good as they advertised then hopefully we won't have to speak to anyone from McCloud for (maybe) the rest of our lives! ;)

McCloud Windows has been excellent from day one. The company as a whole is well-rounded and it is clear they care about their customers and the community at large. Todd made the sale process simple, efficient, and seamless. He is knowledgeable and it’s clear he values the work he does. He made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process, as it’s a big decision and investment! Communication was great and installation was ahead of schedule. Brad and Brad Jr arrived a little after 8am and completed our whole house (16 windows total) by 2pm, same day. Wow!! They were polite, considerate of our home/property, and worked diligently to complete in a timely manner. We used McCloud windows to replace 9 of the original windows in our house. Our overall experience with the company was excellent. The sales representative was very friendly and professional. There was no pressure to buy right away. The installation of the windows was done in two days. The individual who installed the windows was great to work with and made the process very easy. He did a great job on the installation. Overall the windows are a vast improvement over our old ones. The house is much less drafty and we have experienced a decrease in exterior noises while inside the house. When it comes to looks the wood grain laminate matched our trim almost perfectly. We were approached by Catherine the salesperson regarding of replacing our 22 year old builder grade windows. She sat down with us and explained how the company was local and showed us an actual window. She went over pricing for our 21 windows and we were pleasantly surprised at price. She was not pushy and the price wasn't one that was good only for that night she met with us. We agreed to proceed and received a call from the installer (Brad and Brad) to come take specific measurements for the windows to be made. They came in weeks earlier than expected and the installation was clean and seamless. The day of the installation both the salesperson and the owner stopped by to make sure everything was going okay. We had one window that came in damaged. They ordered another one and it came in promptly as well. All windows are now in and look beautiful. I can already tell how much more efficient they are. Mccloud windows is worth the time. From the time they knocked on my door to the time that the new windows were installed was about a month. They were efficient and honest. Our house needed windows pretty desperately, and we’re not disappointed. They were easily reached with any questions, and the windows were installed in a day. The price we were quoted was generously lower than all the other quotes we received. I would recommend this business to others.
