If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They got my siding done two years ago. A painting company damaged my downspout and the siding, so I called Ed and his crew came to fix it for free. They have a warranty even if they didn't do the damage. Easy to work with and very nice. I called Ed and he came within two days. Quality work and very responsible. I am very happy I chose them.

Honest, professional, and comforting are just a few words that I would use to describe this company. We’re selling our home so it had to be perfect. Ed made my house look incredible. He invested his time helping us understand the process of such a massive project. It felt like he went above and beyond for us but that is just how they operate .My family and I are truly grateful. I had NewLook put new siding on my 1990's home this summer. I chose them solely because of the owner, Ed. He answered every question, was honest when I asked his opinion about ideas I had, and was more than flexible about meeting with me around my work schedule.I can't say enough about his crew, Mario and crew were FANTASTIC. Every cut, every miter, Perfect.It doesn't look like the same house, MUCH better than I expected. Had another company replacing the roof at the same time, that owner even commented on the AWESOME job NewLook did. I even had them replace two windows mid job, no problem, Ed took care of it.Don't fool yourself, this was no more expensive than other siding installers charge, the difference was the QUALITY PEOPLE and THE WORK THEY DID.I would recommend Newlook to anyone.When I came home the day it was finished, it looked so good, I teared up. Now I see people walking by take a second (& third) look.Too bad you can ONLY give 5 stars!

Ed and his team replaced the exterior trim around our house that was rotting. They did a great job and even went above and beyond on diagnosing how water was leaking in one spot. At no extra charge they sealed where water was leaking beneath siding and replaced all the rotted wood under the siding too. Easy recommendation to anyone, they know what they're doing and the results show.

We love Ed and Newlook! He resided our house in 2017 and we loved everything about his company and product. Since then, I have called him a few times since because of small repairs (not faulty installation) but high wind damage and some damage to the siding by another company who came to service our fireplace. Each time Ed sent his crew out to fix the damage, and did it in a very timely manner with no charge (we offered). This is what a quality company is all about. Highly recommend Newlook!

Couldn't be happier with Newlook Sidings: they've done great work and have been dependable, responsive, and patient with my old home! I was relieved when I first called them and they were able to look at my house and find a match for my old siding so that I could replace a few damaged pieces without having to re-side the whole house. I've had them out a second time now to replace the first floor/front porch area of my siding. They did an amazing job, it blends in perfectly, and the guys stayed after to help me install a new mailbox and new floating house numbers (which proved to be more complicated than we thought!). I would definitely hire Newlook again and will refer future owners of our home to Newlook for any siding/door/window needs.

We had an excellent experience. New Look replaced about half of the trim on our house, original trim that was warped and rotting. Ed, the owner, came out and walked around the house with me to help identify which trim should be replaced and which just needed painted. Less needed replaced than I had expected. He gave me a few options for materials and recommended James Hardie, a faux wood material that will last a long time. Ed emailed me a detailed quote in a day or two. After getting a couple other quotes, I chose Ed because I trusted him. His two-man crew came out the following week and installed the new trim over a couple days. I was most impressed by their attention to detail: painting to nail heads to match and caulking every seam. The crew was friendly and approachable. We even heard the singing while they worked. Now our 30-year-old house looks like new. I recommend New Look Siding without hesitation.

I had cedar siding on fireplace replaced to stop woodpeckers and Ed had me use James Hardee fiber cement and it looks great and no more woodpeckers , Ed and his crew did a fantastic job and we really appreciate the professionalism and there hard work. They also painted the chimney cap that had rust on it and did a great job. You won't find a better company that's honest and gives you a fair price and does the job right away. Ed, the owner, came out to give me a quote to have my home and garage resided. Ed was extremely polite and professional and was not a pushy salesman. I mentioned I was going to be selling the house and he recommended meeting with my realtor first as residing to sell may not be necessary. Ed provided a quote same day in the time frame he gave me and followed up the next day to see if I had any questions. Prices were very competitive to other quotes I received and just based off my interaction with Ed if I were to reside I would definitely use his company.

We had a fantastic experience with New Look Sidings. They replaced our siding, windows, and gutters. They were on time and did what they said they would. Anytime I had questions or concerns, the owner responded quickly. The quality was top notch and was completed in a timely manner. Once the job was complete, the owner personally came out to make sure the job was done to his standards and made sure the site was clean. I cannot say enough good things about Newlook Sidings. They repaired an area of our siding that had been damaged by heat from the grill and the repair is perfection. I cannot speak to the quality of work as I did not contract Newlook. However, I needed to repair a section of siding to sell our home, and Ed called me back the same day. We were in a time crunch. He made time for me to come in and show him a piece of Vinyl siding. He identified it in less than a minute, and he checked to see if he had any in stock. Unfortunately, he did not.He referred me to wholesaler I had already tried to purchase from, but they would not sell to me because I was not a business. He picked up the phone, called them, and told them that I was on my way to get some materials. I was able to get all the materials I needed for my repair for under $50 from the wholesaler because of Ed's referral.Ed did all of this even though he knew he was not going to be making a sale. He did this to help someone he did not know. Like I said, I cannot speak for the quality of work of his company, but I can speak about the customer service that Newlook offers. It is top notch. Something that does not exist anymore.

Ed came out to discuss some water leak issues we've been having. I was prepared to redo quite a bit of siding but after some inspection it determined it was the gutter that was the issue and not the siding. I rarely take the time to post reviews, but ALWAYS read reviews before selecting a service/product. 5 stars without hesitation. Our UA home in relatable terms is a "hot mess". We had a complete reside done in Hardie Plank, soffit, gutters, gutter guards, and an enclosed patio ceiling done with them. They took longer on the job than anticipated but that's not due to lack of planning/efficiency - 100% due to the time they spent making sure it was done correctly.We have renovated/updated our entire home the past 18 months and Ed and his team were without a doubt the best. I felt comfortable from the beginning, was in constant communication, went above and beyond what we had initially discussed. Couldn't be happier with the service and the final product!!

The service and support is top notch. I had them replace the back siding on my house in 2015 and just recently we had a strong wind storm here in Columbus. So in some of the siding came loose they came out within 24 hours that had it fixed. All covered by the excellent warranty.I would definitely recommend her services to anyone.
