Not a good experience. I had a roof put on in 2003 with a 25 year warranty. I got a major leak and called them. They did most of their communication through a secretary. After much back and forth with her, someone higher up finally got back to me. He told me that the shingles were under warranty, not their work. I asked if they would come out and look at it they said they would but they would charge me. I would think that someone who had given them business would at least come out and look at it free of charge since they did the work. No way! He got so nasty with me on the phone I had to hang up on him. When I had neutral party not associated with Pomante or the shingle company come out and look at it, they said that it was not the shingles, but that the shingles were not attached to the metal valley. My suggestion would be to go with someone that shows loyalty to their customers after the work is done.

I have been using Pomante Contractors since 2007 when I was The President of a condo association and worked on a roof project. Now, in a house in Grandview they have completed kitchen projects, a new bathroom and soon to be addition to our home. It's easy to see the quality of their work driving through Grandview and UA and seeing the Pomante Contractor signs in the yards of beautifully updated homes. On top of the work, the actual interactions with their team were easy, detailed and timely. I highly recommend for any home project.

Several years ago, I used Pomante Contractors to redo my kitchen after the garbage disposal flooded the floor. I was told by Pomante that the entire, floor and all the cabinets needed replaced. (I wish I had been wise enough to get a 2nd opinion.) The replaced my wood cabinets with cheap pressed wood that have over the years absorbed water from daily use of the kitchen and look awful. The project took way longer than expected. At the time the owner was running the project but then took time off due to the birth of a child, which is nice, but he didn't brief anyone as to how the project was supposed to go and it went off the rails quickly. The wrong cabinets were ordered and didn't fit, so there was time to reorder the cabinets. They never finished the baseboard or molding. Since there is no molding any spills on the floor are absorbed by the toe kick and they now look horrible. There is a gap between the floor and the cabinets. On top of the stress of all the mistakes that were being made there was a lockbox on my door and anyone could access my house at anytime. Even though they were advised not to start until 8 or later, one young guy kept coming earlier and earlier. I felt uncomfortable getting up and getting dressed in my own home. It was very creepy.I eventually had to tell them to take the lock box off my house to not come back.
