We made the right choice with Ramos Roofing! The entire experience was great from start to finish.From the start our project manager, Kyle Barta, walked us through our options and was very knowledgeable and a great communicator. He patiently answered all our questions and was in constant communication with us through the entire process. The Ramos Roofing team installed the new roof in one day and did a thorough job cleaning up before they left. We also had new downspouts and 6” gutters installed. IKO shingles are hands down the way to go. Everything is high quality and looks amazing! Things couldn’t have gone any smoother and we are very happy with everything!

Had a great experience working with Kyle on a small siding project. I was referred to Ramos by a siding contractor after he explained the repair job I had was too small for him to want to take on in the winter.Ramos had no problem with the season or job size, and Kyle with Ramos came out within the week I called to assess my issues. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and very upfront and honest about the issues he was seeing.In the end, the minor repair work was done quickly and properly. Kyle B. came out to look for the cause to some moisture that go through the ceiling of our family room. He ruled out damage to the shingles themselves even saying that the roof is in good shape. He found the problem which was loose metal flashing that just needed nailed down. Kyle said it was a simple fix and nailed the loose metal at no charge. I was so impressed with his honesty and willingness to help fix the problem. I can not recommend Kyle and Ramos Roofing enough!Services: Roof inspection, Roof damage repair

Chris White and Kris Lee were excellent contractors to work with. We had a complete roof replacement on our craftsman home. They made necessary updates to our flashing and ventilation. They worked with our insurance company, so we didn't have to😁 also ensuring all repairs were made to code ( some things the insurance company didn't know about). They were very responsive, and up front about cost and availability. Their team showed up promptly at 6am and worked until 830pm cleaning up their mess. Working with Richie Wilson and Ramos Roofing was a great experience. We needed a roof replacement due to wind damage on both home and detached garage. All I had to do was to submit an insurance claim and Richie took care of the rest. The roofing material was delivered when Ramos said it would be and Richie’s team showed up on time at 7am to start work. All work and cleanup was completed within 6 hours. We had an excellent experience with Ramos Roofing! After a house fire we had to have our entire roof and siding replaced. Richie and his team were the absolute best to work with. They were on time, professional, and paid attention to detail. Customer service was stellar! Out of all the companies we have had to deal with, Ramos made getting our new roof and siding easy and stress free! Richie was able to get our insurance to pay for everything that needed covered even additional damage not seen by the adjuster. If you’re looking for a company that is top shelf, choose Ramos! If I could give more than five stars I absolutely would!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Ramos Roofing. Seth Hahn was courteous, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He began by giving me an honest assessment of the condition of my roof and worked to put together a competitive proposal. Seth stayed in touch with my wife and I throughout the process and even helped us pick the right drip color for our new roof! He and his team were on time and efficient on the day of the installation without leaving a trace that they were here by the time the job was completed.Seth's positive attitude makes the roof replacement process stress-free. He is ultra-responsive and flexible. My 788 sq. ft. home was built in 1895. While it isn't on the Historical Register, it's historic to me because I bought it by myself in 2005. This house was featured in the 2006 Victorian Village Tour of Homes and is my sanctuary. It is my first house and I don't plan on ever moving.On Labor Day, 2022, there was a leak in the ceiling of one of the small rooms and a good-sized puddled on the floor. The wind and rain that Sunday night had done its damage.I called Sy at Ramos and he came straight over and inspected my roof.Fast-forward to October 25: The Ramos team showed up at 7A and worked through 7P. They tore off the old, replaced the rotted wood, and installed a new roof in one day.As a homeowner accustomed to well-meaning but often less-than-capable contractors, I can attest to the excellence of the work of Sy and his team. Hello there, I rarely post a comment/review on social media or any online platform but this I must. I would like to acknowledge the quality of work by overall crew, They were thoughtful, by making sure all area were covered since my wife has some planters and flowers, cleaning throughly after the work done plus performing high quality of work. Most highlight from this experience was the assistance along the process by one of the associate, Kris Lee. Kris was managing the process for claiming, reporting, getting approval from my insurance adjuster persistently & professionally. He was communicating with me for every progress or actions need to be taken, weekdays/weekend. There are many other company out there that may provides similar service but if you’re looking for a company that also really care, do the right thing, trustworthy, available and reliable, you may want to consider this Ramos Roofing & Remodeling especially for your long term investment. Due to wind damage I needed my siding replaced. When I tell you it was the last thing in the world I wanted to do; I absolutely loved my house before. But along came Richie Wilson… he walked me through the process sometimes dragged me through. I was very reluctant and heartbroken. But every question was answered, every worry I had was met with reassurance. What a relief! Richie gave me Peace of mind and most importantly gave me the Love I had for my home. The workers took so much care and pride in their work. I knew I was going to love it. I left prior to the final steps but when I got home it was cleaned up so well you would not have known they were there. Thank you Richie and Ramos. Thank you Ramos roofing, for the incredible job you did on my roof; with the new shingles and flashing) Looks great and I can even feel the difference. You all did such a wonderful job, from the start with Justin Owens who was there working with me the entire time through the estimate which was the best out of 3 others from other roofing companies, the process and he even came back the following day to make sure everything was OK and everything was to my approval, I brought up some concerns I had with my rubber roof and Justin fixed a small repair to my rubber flat roof at no cost to me (I didn't have the rubber roof worked on just yet) and they cleaned up everything. 5 Stars all around, sorry for delay in review wanted to decorate first .Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof installation
