I’ve rarely seen an enterprise function with such little competence or regard for the community they work in. They were tasked to do simple milling and paving in our neighborhood - managed to turn a three day project into a three week long ordeal. Not only did they tear up the parking lot and leave it in disarray for weeks, they also carelessly left equipment parked for days in resident parking and blocked entry into some areas of the neighborhood for days at a time. Damaged property, paved over drains, and blocked both trash and recycling from being picked up both days.

I highly recommend Shamrock for your roofing needs. Our claim was due to hail and wind damage. Our shingles were 26 years old and obviously had some wear, but the bad winds we have had recently, plus the hail put great stress on our roof. We put in a claim request to the insurance company and within 4 weeks, be had new shingles. They also needed to replace rotting plywood they found when removing the old shingles. It took one day to do the work.Jack was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He made himself available when the adjuster from the insurance company came out to examine the roof for the claim. Jack explained the process working with the insurance company and also explained how the workers put on the shingles.Julius was a big help in showing us pictures of what our house would look like with various colors and explained which one would look the best with our existing siding. And he was right! It looks great!The crew worked hard and cleaned up afterward. We have only found a couple of stray nails. Worked with Shamrock to replace out roof which was damaged due to a hail storm. Shawn and Bobby were amazing. They helped us work with our insurance company to evaluate our claim and I can't say enough about how professional the entire crew was during the installation of the new roof. We recently had Shamrock Asphalt's Roofing division do a complete replacement at our home. Due to wind and weather damage, we also had to work with our insurance company. Shawn, our project manager, was so helpful every step through the process. I was very impressed with his professionalism. Shamrock is a company who operates with integrity. They make things right no matter what it may cost them. The project they did for use had a 'hiccup' with their machinery that was not their fault. The company recognized that this caused a less than ideal end result and thus they made everything right with us in the end. We live in an imperfect world, therefore at times issues happen with projects, but the real test of the integrity of the company is what they do about it. I can attest that Shamrock will stand by their work & make things right to the customer's highest satisfaction. Highly pleased with this company.

Shamrock Asphalt is a poor choice. We hired them to put in a parking lot extension and they cut our electric line to our sign which was located far from our building. They tried to cover up their mistake but my husband discovered it. Then they proceeded to repair the line, but whenever it rained, the line to our sign shorted out and ultimately it quit working totally. The electrician who finally ran a new line to the sign pulled the repair out and said it was a shabby attempt and was not done correctly. When I asked them politely to share the $1900 cost of replacing the line, they laughed it off and did nothing to renumerate me for the loss that they caused. I would recommend you find someone else to do your work. This company is disreputable.

I hired Shamrock to seal and stripe my parking lot at Gateway Self Storage in Columbus. The sealer washed away after just a few months like cheap paint. The old striping began to show through almost immediately. Robert Wess at Shamrock refused to take or return our calls. Do not use Shamrock.
