The team from Technicare was very professional. They were careful to protect our wood floors and the corners around walls as they prepared to clean. The carpets came out perfectly. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. I had to reschedule twice (yikes) and they were always friendly and accommodating. They were prompt on the date of service, calling me with an ETA and being right on time. Absolutely great service as always! Professional and pleasant staff arrived within 15 minutes of the appointment time. They worked quickly, informed me of any problem areas and left me with carpeting that was just moderately wet. Technicare did an outstanding job throughout our entire house. WOW!!! We were very, very pleased. Our carpet looked very clean and very fresh.Both men worked hard and even helped us move a chair from one room of our house to another--which is truly not their job. (Yes, we gave them an extra tip for such great service) We highly recommend Technicare service to others. It was a little pricey, but well worth it. Over the years we have paid less and gone with several companies; however, you get what you pay for. We are quite satisfied with this company.Great job! Great service! Great personnel!

The Technicare techs were on time, very polite and professional and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets. They were especially dirty due to a new puppy and two young grandkids. They even gave us a tip on the proper spot cleaner to use rather than the popular one we had been using.

The crew of 2 men was on time. They finished cleaning the windows and skylights faster than expected, even though one skylight required extra time to remove hardened drops of tree resin. Both men were friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use Technicare services again for other home maintenance needs.

Just a few days before the ONE day I could have my carpets cleaned, and within a few days of Thanksgiving, I asked Technicare Carpet Cleaning to squeeze me into their schedule. Hired to clean the gutters. The gentlemen who came to the house were courteous, friendly and knowledgable. The gutters were cleaned in a timely and efficient manner and since the gutters were actually pretty clean, we were given a discount on the originally quoted price. Very nice surprise. We have used this company in the past and have been very pleased and satisfied with their performance.

The Technicare team did a great job! I ordered a Groupon and had them clean 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom sitting area, and 2 rugs as a much needed spring cleaning project. We had some pet stains from a nervous and unruly Dachshund, as well as some stains and smells from a nervous and unruly preteen, all of which were lifted and the smells removed.
