I was in the business 25 years covering many states and markets. Ms Debbie and Mr Mark Braden are the most proficient people of all that I worked with. I had upwards of 100 ABC Supply locations. They were all very good to me always. However, this particular branch and these two people will always be dear to me. They may not be managers but trust me, they’ve managed this branch the whole way.God Bless y’all! I miss you too! ♥️🇺🇸

Had the roofing supplies I needed but was left out of original order called in and then delivered to my customers home. So I had to go pick up the parts they left out. And the wood was placed on the bottom of the 2 skids of shingles.

This location gets 5 stars, except for the fact that the location closest to Preble County had nothing I needed and front counter staff shouldn't have gotten out of bed. 60 miles of driving out of my way. Next time stock up out there so not to be waiting on a truck. Don't know if I will be back.

I will never let this company on my property again. The delivery guy hit my gutter damage the gutter an roof. The contractor doing the roof contacted them they said they would call me never did so I waited three days before I called ABC a lady answered the phone an told me the delivery supervisor would call me when he came it. Of course I never got a call back. Poor delivery an poor customer service.

I'll start off by saying the company I work for spends millions of dollars thru roofing distributors each year. Abc being one of them. I go in and ask for one shingle, says they don't sell single shingles. I just want them to give me a 2 dollar 3 tab. 2 miles from the job I'm doing. Looks at me like I'm crazy to ask for a shingle. Customer service is horrible. You would think a company that tries to get more of our business would be willing to let a 2 dollar shingle go for multiple 20 thousand dollar jobs.

Flatbedders here literally wait till all other trucks are loaded or unloaded. Even if you're 1st in line. Most shingle places are 15-30 minutes unloaded. I was here over 2 hours.

Went in and paid for specific cut of gutter. Went home and let them in my garage. My handi man said they shorted us a 13'4" cut. Went back and they said oh yes they forgot to add it with the rest it's back there we can pull around and pick it up. There is no customer service at very few of the retail establishments anywhere.

Man these guys are the bomb, they always get the materials list right, and if they do run out of something, they will let you know before they deliver the materials. I haven't had any issues with them at all ! Kudos to everyone there, keep up the good work !
