Hired and paid to clean and tighten gutters, they left a gap all along one side where the water pours through when it rains. It's still draining into the basement, which is why we had the work done in the first place.I'm hoping A and B will fix the oversight.Update: have heard from A and B who said they'll come by next week and look at the problem, although it sounds a little like "not our problem." Review will continue to be updated as we go fwd. I am hopeful.Rec'd call: be here Sunday. No show on Sunday. Rude when I inquired. I'm being reasonable and tolerant. He's being rude.
