Noah and his team at All-Side were absolutely fantastic to work with! Our neighbor's garage burned down and melted the side of our garage, damaged our roof and gutters. Noah came out, inspected my project, took photos of the damage, and helped us work with our insurance company to get the project completed. The roofing crew was respectful and very efficient, despite getting rained out on Day 1. Also, my interactions with both Kami and DJ were enjoyable. Within one week of initially reaching out they scheduled time to meet that worked around my schedule. Noah provided available repair options and answered all my questions. Great team that was always very polite and responsive! I think I always received at a text or call back within an hour. They managed to schedule all the work to within just a few weeks for a full re-roof, cedar siding, skylight replacement and replacing some roof panels. Great recommendations on the replacement shingles color and material, it turned out beautiful. I have worked with plenty of contractors over the years and they were absolutely open to questions and feedback. Even after the job was completed, they continue to be amazing on questions and support for our new roof! All-Side Roofing and Restoration was wonderful to work with. Our home had serious problems and I went through several roofing assessments before committing to All-Side to do a full roof replacement. They were the only roofing company out of 5 who inspected the ENTIRE roof, both inside and out, by climbing onto it to see it from above AND by going into the attic to do a full inspection. The team was friendly and supportive, knowledgeable about their products and very helpful through the whole process. The first time I met Noah I knew I wanted him to fix my roof. He helped with the insurance inspection, however it turned out that it would be better to replace my roof. He got all the materials within a few days and his crew installed my roof. His prices are right on and doesn't take advantage of your situation (I am a widow and senior citizen.) He truly cares about his customers.
