"BEWARE!" I would not recommend this company and let me explain why!They replaced a shingle roof and a crew came later when weather permitted and finished a flat rubber roof portion of the house. But in the process they damaged my gutters by placing their ladder on the backside of my home. What the ladder did was bend my gutter inward from where they repeatedly went up and down the ladder in this spot! I'm gonna attach pictures I have of them using the ladder in the exact location. Now I previously took down the post and pictures because they promised me they would replace the damaged part of my gutter they clearly caused. And this is to warn people that this company doesn't stand by their word. Another thing that really upset me when I started with this company is that the lead guy which spoke English told me I lived in a very bad neighborhood! I said excuse me? Where are you from?this is Belmont! This isn't a bad neighborhood. I asked where he was from? he replied Middletown. My yard was left with debris and leftover shingles and my Two motorcycles in my garage were covered in nails which no one bothered to warn me about! So no! We were very happy with our new roof. The company sent a large crew and the did our entire roof in 6 hours. The workers were very professional and efficient. The project manager Braxton checked with us the day before and talked with us during the process. Cody the salesman was great too! Cody, Justin and Alex handled the insurance claim. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable. We love the look of our new roof. It really enhances the look of our house.

I had the experience of having them replace my whole roof. They are awesome. Upfront and very educational process, but they were there 100% through this process. They were on time every appointment and the whole roofing process was very well put together. I learned something new about homeowners insurance but it was definitely not their fault! I still listened and respected the info on older homes. They were so helpful. I definitely would recommend them on home projects!!

Had a new roof put on my mother's house. Fellas done an excellent job... ✔️Jessie was the best...Just had our interior hallway, stairway, and upstairs landing done, by Tom and Sean... It looks so good... 👍Mother and I are so pleased with their work. We wanted to install a newer veneer encased foam exterior stone product on our exposed concrete basement foundation. Most contractors did not know nor wanted to attempt this install type. American Home Tech did not have the exact experience with this Gemstone product but had similar and was willing to attempt the installation and warranty it. Plus their price was in a good range.We did have some slight issues around the install date being pushed to get the proper crew and with the weather, it was delayed. I had to call a few times to figure out what was going on.However, the crew that came out made up for any scheduling as they walked us through the process, showed as they started, and texted for communication on days/times and milestones. Jeremy Burnet and his crew were both skilled in the trade and customer service experienced. Though they did run into a few obstacles they worked through them with us to ensure our satisfaction and awareness. I would recommend this crew to anyone.I usually do not take the time to write reviews but having dealt with so many contractors and projects lately, these guys deserve a shout-out. I could not recommend this business enough! My husband and I bought a home less than 2 years ago and about a year into owning, our roof started leaking due to damages from a storm. After calling around to a few different roofing companies we got the total run around from everyone. American Home Tech knocked on my door and asked if they could give me a free estimate for the storm damages they seen on my roof. From the very first meeting, each individual we dealt with was literally Heaven sent. From the guy who knocked on the door, to the guy who gave the estimate, to the guy who helped us file a claim with our insurance, to the guy who helped us deal with our insurance company when the insurance company fought to replace the roof, to the guy who walked us through all the building process, to the crew who put the roof on, and the project manager who oversaw the building process. Each person was amazing! Our insurance company was extremely difficult, and fought for 7 months to avoid replacing the roof. American Home Tech never gave up, and never got impatient with me or helped me any less in my efforts to fight my insurance company. When the replacement was finally approved, American Home Tech was quick to set up the replacement so the leaking could be stopped as soon as possible. On the day of the roof replacement, all the decking under my old roof was completely unusable. The project Manager, Cody, was on top of looking into my insurance policy to see if there was any way to get insurance to cover it. Because of his excellent knowledge and skills, my insurance company did pay for complete decking replacement as well. The entire crew was on time, kind, and extremely efficient. The project took much longer than expected due to unexpectedly having to replace the decking on the entire house, but they never complained and still finished the roof in one day. They were polite and respectful of me and my little toddlers. Whenever I had to walk outside they would pause working so I could walk safely pass them. Once the work was done, they cleaned up the yard and patio very thoroughly. It honestly looked better once they left than it did when they arrived. I could literally go on and on about this company. They are such an answer to my prayer. My new home now looks even more beautiful with a safe, leak free roof. American Home Tech built my fathers roof and he was very pleased with the work. One small issue had came up and they had someone out within 2 days to fix it. They are in the process of also building my mother and law’s roof. She was approved through her insurance thanks to Aaron taking the time to come out and meet with her. Aaron and Justin inspected her roof. They make a great team. This is a very reputable company. American Home Tech did my next door neighbors roof and I loved the way it looked so I called them and Justin was at my house the next day EXACTLY when I set up our appointment. I have State Farm and he was able to get them to pay to replace my roof after they denied my claim (thank you Gideon)! On the day of the build the project manager was at my house ON THE ROOF making sure everything was going exactly as promised thank you (Tom) This company did exactly what they promised they were going to do and simply delivered. I can say if I ever moved and needed a roof this is the company I would call. Aaron Oliver was great to work with and made the whole process of getting my roof replaced a breeze. He filed the insurance claim and walked me through the process. The whole process was great. So much so my Father has had a new roof installed on all of our homes. His own, my brothers and also mine. My house had a ton of work to be done, huge sections of roof that needed to be completely replaced as well as replacing the shingles. They were able to do it with no notice and still got it done in a day. The crew was fast, efficient, didn't leave any mess after and finished each job in a day. Tom came by and followed up the day after to ensure everything was to out satisfaction. This place? Total letdown. They'd tease us with raises and promotions, but nada. And that bonus they promised? Ghosted.Jake, the ”owner”, was all talk, no walk. Always on “vacation” And the managers? Wouldn't let us breathe. No growth, no nothing.They treated us like we're nothing. And their Christmas party? Had us scrabbling on the floor for cash. No joke.If you're looking for respect and growth, look elsewhere. This ain't it.

I would never hire this business simply based on the salesmen. We have a no soliciting sign on our door yet they regularly knock. My husband has asked them to stop knocking on our door multiple times but they keep coming back. Some have even argued with him about it too. My son has been woken up a numerous amount of times from them. One time they even told my husband we were missing shingles on the roof. So he went up to check the next day and we didn't have anything missing.

A salesman parks in front of my house, violates the town’s no solicitation ordinance, and tries to solicit my business,mclaiming to be a veteran owned company and have utmost Integrity.When I called the Police to send someone out to explain to him about the ordinance, this “integrity filled veteran” jumps in his vehicle and escapes town at a high rate of speed in a residential area.. that is alright since his company, when contacted, said they stand behind their sales force..I am passing the word along about how they treat people. Too bad.

My roof was in need of some repairs, I called and Justin came out within a day. He was very professional and courteous. After assessing my roof he determined I needed a full replacement. He assisted me filing a claim with my insurance and explained the process. Tom was present the day of the build and ensured everything went smoothly. The job was completed in 1 day. This company was simply fantastic. From the moment I saw my neighbors roof being built I knew that was a company that I wanted to build my roof. The roof inspector Justin did an amazing job walking me through the entire process! He was able to get my insurance company to completely pay to replace my roof! My insurance company was Allstate. I don’t know if many people know but they are extremely difficult to deal with at first they wrote to only repair a few damage shingles but Dave at their office was able to get them to fully change their mind and pay for it all! When it came to the installation day they showed up at my house exactly when they said at 7 AM! The crew was extremely nice and courteous I have dogs which they were super friendly with. I let them know when I was taking them outside to take them on a walk due to some of the construction debris. When the job was done did they clean up they swept my yard for nails so my pup wouldn’t find any. When they were done I went outside and I couldn’t have been more pleased I have recommended family and friends to this company. I wouldn’t have another company put my roof on after dealing with the entire company!!
