Well, I guess I am the lucky one that had a bad experience. Tiffany was great to work with and very professional. Their products they rep (insulated siding and ProVia windows) are top quality. Where we ran into issues is the installation. The crew they sent rushed through the entire project and worked erradic hours. They failed to install ANY window flashing, and after the first hard rain we had a waterfall in our house on multiple windows. The installer came out, tore back our brand-new siding and installed flashing. Second hard rain and it was pouring even more water inside our home again. A different installer came out and agreed the flashing was done incorrectly, tore the siding off and redid all the flashing yet again. The front window leaked under the wall, which no one was able to figure out, but it didn't do that the previous 18 years on the original builders-grade windows. Sliding door flashing looked like a toddler did it. They tore that off and replaced it. Sliding door flashing was incorrect and leaked. Sliding door did not close right. Had to send manufacturer out to fix. Siding continues to come unbuttoned and requires rework.Recommended Bil wax to my neighbor (before we had all these issues) and they as well had flashing/caulking issues that caused leaks in his garage (even with a different installer).Most issues have been corrected to our satisfaction, but it was a long and frustrating road to get there. Trina (owner) was condescending at a come-to-Jesus meeting to figure out where all the leaks were coming from.Overall, our experience has been poor (on the installation quality side) given the amount of money we have invested for all new windows and siding with 6 months of headaches to correct item after item. They have stood by their lifetime labor warranty (it has likely cost them a ton). This would have been a way worse review had Tiffany not been our point of contact. She is a very nice person.

This company did a really good job for us after a Strom blew through and ripped our carport cover off the ground. The salesman the workers even the office workers were very hands on and aggressive with the insurance adjuster. We need these kinds of businesses standing not just for customers but with them. Very down to earth and honestly very good people.

Bill Wax DHI replaced our exterior side garage door and our porch column. They were great to work with. Trina provided a prompt estimate for the work that was competitively priced. They also kept us up to date on adjustments to our estimated completion date due to back ordered material. Jeremy and Bob did great work with the install and were professional and courteous. They were even willing to adjust plans on the fly when an unexpected issue came up. I highly recommend this company for your home repair needs. We have had Bill Wax's Dayton Home Improvement replace our front porch, build our back porch the length of our house, and just this year replace our roof. Always professional, keeps their promises, and we love it when Trina comes to walk us through the estimate! Great company for families on a budget, too. I contacted Trina about replacing 6 windows. I was given a prompt estimate. Recently the windows were installed by Wayne. He did a fantastic job as I had some rotted woodwork to be replaced. He was very cautious in removal of damaged wood so as not to damage remaining woodwork. I am very pleased with my new windows especially with the factory tint. I would highly recommend this company for great products, prompt and professional services.

Dayton Home Improvement added eleven new, high quality storm windows to our home at a terrific price. Furthermore, it is one of the only places I could find that didn't try to talk me into replacing my one hundred year old windows that I love. They actually provided us with the service we were looking for... replacing old storm windows that had screens built in. They did a professional job, answered all my questions, and made themselves available via email, phone and in person in a timely manner, every time. Our siding replacement project was finished over the weekend. We are so happy with the work and how our home looks now!The crew who completed the project did an excellent job. They were always polite and considerate. My teenage boys even commented on how nice they were, as they were carrying in a tray of plants from the car and one of the gentlemen stopped what he was doing and opened the door for him.We are especially pleased with the the repairs that the crew was able to take care of for us that were not part of the original plan. They brought the issues they found to our attention and were able to take care of the repairs quickly while finishing the siding.We received quotes from two other companies and are so glad we went with Dayton Home Improvement. We are thrilled with our home! Thank you for everything!

They installed a new bathroom window where there was no window before. The guys did a fantastic job and prepped the inside window sill for the tile contractors. It was done in 2 days and there were no issues. The cost was reasonable considering it was a custom size and glass. We have used them for many other repairs and updates and have always been very satisfied with the results. They should be your first call for any home improvement projects.Service: Installation

We had new siding installed by Bill Wax Home Improvement. All the employees I was in contact with were polite, professional, and in contact with me about any delays or updates. Our house had horrible old aluminum siding, and the new vinyl looks so beautiful! The work was done in a timely manner, as well. Could not recommend them enough.

Family had a roof replaced with the company, and did a great job. Figured they would be a good place to start for my repairs as well. I had a storm door, entry door, and 3 windows replaced. Initially had asked for some roof repairs, however staff did what was right, not was was best for them, and advised how easy of a fix my problem was.Overall, windows and doors work well, appear to be very high quality, and look good. Installation was quick, only a few hours total. After installation, a piece of trim came loose, crew was out to address the issue quickly and things have been perfect since. Would go through the company again.

5 stars without a doubt! Trina was always there to answer all of my questions with a smile and treated me like a customer should be treated! They did such great work on my house in a timely manner at a great cost! The old roof was taken down and the new roof installed so fast! The crew was so nice and did an amazing job! They cleaned everything up, and I mean everything! If it weren't for looking at a brand new roof, you would never know they had been here! I will recommend Bill Wax's Dayton Home Improvement to everyone! There is no doubt that I will go back to them for anything else I may need or want done to my house! After getting other estimates we decided to go with Bill Wax's Dayton Home Improvement because of the many years they have been in business and the positive reviews. We were not disappointed. The work was exceptional. The clean up could not have been more complete. They went above and beyond fighting with State Farm over monetary coverage. I needed wooden siding repair and was very happy to actually receive an estimate for the work. Unlike other places, they actually showed up and gave me an estimate. Everyone at Bill Wax - DHI was great to work with, from working with the estimator, to scheduling, communicating with the main office to the installer. The work was done timely and looks great. The installer kept me updated and did not only a great job on the work but clean-up as well. I will definitely call again.

Absolutely so pleased with our new sliding glass door!For the longest time I had been wanting to convert our dining room window into a sliding door and at the time Trina came over to give me an estimate, I had already had 5 other companies come out. One provided an estimate above 10k, another for 8k, two said a sliding door would not be possible at all but they would consider a single door, and one flat out just didn't call back. So needless to say, I was a bit letdown by the process and assuming this project was not going to happen.But Trina was amazing, she listened to me recount the above and then said, "if we can get men to the moon, we can put a sliding glass door here!" And she wasn't lying!The quote was beyond reasonable, so much cheaper than any of the others, in fact when I first saw it I thought it couldn't possibly include the price of the actual door, and it took speaking with Tiffany (a super helpful resource within the company) to confirm it included everything.My house is so much more open and bright and I absolutely am thrilled with the work. Will use Bill Wax Home Improvement for any of our future projects and recommend them all the time!

These guys have been my number one go to for a few years now. Always super friendly and professional. They just recently replaced my windows but I’ve used them for siding, gutters and my roof a couple years back. From start to finish, they were fantastic! The Consultant gave us a lot of information so that we could make an educated decision but the installers are the people I want to give 5 stars to. They were here on time, worked non-stop and did a very nice job. They cleaned up everything and wouldn't leave until they knew I was happy with the work they did. My experience with Bill Wax's Dayton Home Improvement. I came across the company searching for a siding contractor. I called them and set up a estimate and for them to evaluate the job. Trina the owner of the company came, and brought her husband as well. I walked them around the job, took about an hour to give all the details. She told me her daughter was getting married on Saturday and she would have the estimate ready the following week. The following week disappeared and by day 10 or 11 I started calling and find out what was going on. I left multiple messages with the female working the desk and she assured me Trina would call me back. I even inquired to see if I didn't hear back because they were not interested in doing the job. Trina gave no indications while doing the measurements she didn't care to write an estimate. Her secretary always just told me she was in a meeting and unable to field my call. I rate this company a 1 star for lack of professionalism and lack of courtesy. It's not hard to simply pick up the phone and say "Im not interested in taking on this job at this time, but wish you luck finding someone". Im grateful you showed your true colors prior to getting the job started. Time is something you can never get back, Its frustrating to call several times and not get a return call. I hope others read this and see what you value.I see in the response you claim to have attempted to call back. This is absolutely false, no missed calls and certainly no voice messages. Im not here to argue, the truth is the truth. the fact the previous contractor stole our other deposit money has absolutely no bearing on anything and you knew our circumstance when you took my initial call prior to coming out.
