This company used to be known as Quality Home Improvements and Builders, Inc. If I could give them a zero rating, I would. Back in 2000 I paid them for a new roof, siding and new windows. Unfortunately, I did not know at the time that they had not installed the windows properly. My living room window has since allowed water to leak in between my walls. I noticed a small cracking and then the entire wall started to crack. I now have to deal with black mold, have the wall torn out and a new window put in. My new contractor was amazed at the shoddy work this company did installing my windows inside and out. The window was not the right size and putty and caulking had been used to make it fit. I had no way of knowing how badly the work had been completed. They were supposed to be the professionals and I trusted them. Of course, payment for this repair work will be coming out of my pocket! ( unless Mike Gallimore wants to do right by me) Beware! You may not know that something is wrong until it is too late.

Buckeye Home Services is the absolute best and go above and beyond to uphold their work and integrity. They unselfishly approved, replaced and repaired our bathroom floor, due to a faulty toilet seal, that had occurred unknowingly from a remodel 6 years prior. All at no charge to us. This is unheard of unexpected and most certainly the reflection of the highest standard of providing and upholding a customer's investment and trust in the contractor employed. Just bought a home this year and found a leak from my furnace exhaust pipe. I called Buckeye and described the problem. That same day they showed up took pictures and gave me a quote. The price was fair and competitive. We accepted the quote and They showed up the next day. Fast, friendly, professional, and a awesome job. Yesterday 55mph winds and rain, no leaks, no problems. I WILL be calling them for all my home needs in the future.

Buckeye came out in a timely manner and laid new roofing over existing rubber roof, and painted a section of metal roof. We had trouble with the roof still leaking and Mike always got back to me quickly and sent crews out multiple times to try and find the problem. But they finally gave up and after $26000.00 we still have a leaky roof.

Our crew completely installed a new bathroom. A new walkin shower, vanity, stool, flooring, lighting. It is a beautiful job at the same time they moved a dryer to another wall. Everything looks excellent.We will definitely call Buckeye again!

Deceitful business practices turn customers into victims..we were not told of the nightmarish clogging problems related to these awnings. I hope they haven't sold any of these awnings to any elderly folks. I can disassemble them to clean the clogs. Old folks can't. I hope they sleep well at night. I dont know how they can if they do. The BBB should stop them from turning normal folks into victims. All the guys that kept coming out to fix this problem were nice as can be and very polite and seemed to be very interested in making us happy. Sales guy? No. He wants to charge more money for leaf guards we were not told that we would need. Selling this design to folks that live around trees should be illegal! Non-responsive, they came out looked at a few things and sent a quote, which was only for material cost, no actual labor cost. Me and my girlfriend called them back countless times only to have the lady tell us that they will return our call. Waste of your time really would recommend someone else.

Did terrible work at my dad's house, then proceeded to avoid us for days and not return our calls. they also used the cheapest nail imaginable for our windows (they were ready to fall out of the frame). save yourself the trouble and go for someone else. we had to pay other people to take all their work down because it was so poor. nothing but problems, do not reccommend.Service: Installation

Called them out to get a quote for some siding repair and gutters. Sales rep came out on a Wednesday and told us that he would email us a quote by Friday. Here it is a week later and no quote or email. We called the office 5 and spoke to the office lady to see whats going on and we keep getting the same answer " all the sales guys are out I will have them call you when they get back in " Still no phone call even after we where told that the owner would call us. I didn't know it was going to be so hard to have some take my money.

Had sofit put up, window capping put on, and 1 window replaced. Was estimated to be a 3 day job. Took 3 weeks to have sofit and capping finished. Another 2 weeks to have window replaced because they waited till last minute to order it. When I called to wake when window was going to be done I get cussed and yelled at by the man who set up the job and blamed for the delay when they knew window was to be done a week before job started. Job took 3 weeks because crew only came once a week. On top of all this I had to have someone else redo a lot of the work because it was poorly done the first time. Very window and had to be looked at and corrected, the sofit had gaps in it, and a good portion of the capping was not sealed correctly. Overall the crews the company uses are poorly managed and they treat their customers very poorly. Would not recommend anyone go thru this place.*****updateThe owner replied 3 yrs later claiming they worked hard to resolve the problem.If you count them blaming everyone else for the problem, claiming it was not one of their guys, or threatening me with a lawsuit over a review with bbb after explaining I couldn't remove it, as trying hard to resolve a problem with the customer then you guys nailed it. Maybe not wait 3 years and act like things went smoothly.

NUMBER 1 thing I look for in any business is whether or not the company keeps their word and Jason at Buckeye Home Services definitely does.Had a metal roof put on after a tree fell on the house. I've called him twice over a concern and he has exceeded my expectations. I am not the customer but my mother Barbara Martin is the customer. A window of hers that they installed in 2017 is broke and she has not been able to get them to come out to fix it. She has left numerous messages and is always told that someone will be in contact with her. When someone finally did show up no one notified her that they were coming. He showed up and took some pictures and left. That was 3 weeks ago and she is back to having to call and be told that someone will be in contact with her.

I was asking about bathroom repair/remodel work, something clearly listed as a service on their website (hence the reason I contacted them).

This have to be one of the worse company's in the world their work is sooooo unprofessional they did the worst jobs installing shower tub faucet, no wonder they dont give warranties because they STUCK they cant even tell me what kind of shower they intalled so I can have the work done properly by some REAL professional'sI'll rate them at a BIG FAT 0!!!!!! since that's the lowest u can go
