My family and I would like to thank Ken and the team of Coveralls Roofing for the amazing job they did on our mothers roof. I was trying to find a contractor that I could trust to handle the job without someone being present. Coveralls went above and beyond what customer service is these days.The insurance put up constant road blocks only trying to repair the roof because it was misidentified as a single layer when it actually had two. Ken helped me navigate and find the building codes to present to insurance that forced them to pay the replacement cost. The clean up after was perfect, nothing left behind. Our Mother is extremely happy, and that lifted a weight on the rest of us knowing that her home is properly protected again. Me & Anita would like to give a huge shout out to Coverall's Total Home Improvement Co. for making our home exterior look better. It was great knowing that during these tough times with all the COVID-19 limitations we could help with keeping a business afloat that could continue to provide wages for its employees based on us hiring them and many others like us as well.We had taken various storm damage over the years to include some from squirrels / birds as well. As you can see in the photos you can't tell either. The Owner Ken is a former Army service member and through hard work has acquired an A+ Better Business Bureau Rating with over 100 positive reviews.We still have some other things to do but this right here is simply amazing. Ken gave us an estimate that was based on a satellite view of our roof. We had a leak in one area of the roof. After talking with the insurance company because it initially seemed like wind damage they replaced the entire section of the roof in question and corrected the previous installation errors. They also replaced the damaged section on the interior ceiling. Overall they were fast and very efficient. I would not hesitate to call them for any roofing problems.

Wow! What a relief to find a good contractor for once. The owner, Ken Harrison, is really a great guy. He is punctual at every step of the way. He meets you personally and goes over all the options. He is a licensed journeyman and all of his workers are GAF certified. He writes out his contracts with all the necessary details with zero hidden fees during the process. Coverall's replaces 100% all rotted wood they find for free. You get new gutters with every job. I received really beefy and beautiful 6" gutter on our house and detached garage. I also had a leaky flat porch above our dining room with 3 layers of old decking. They ripped out all three layers down to the joist and re-decked it at no additional cost. They used grace weather shield on the deck to make it water tight and shingled it thereafter. Ken was out at our house for each team that showed-up (the roofing team: 2 teams = 10 total guys; the Gutter team, and the Siding team). The roofing team did an amazing job cleaning up after the job. No nails or debris anywhere. If anything gets damaged like a shrub or anything to the house, Ken will take care of it. He is very easy to work with, intense, because he wants to do a great job. Ken is GAF certified and uses 5+ layers of the GAF system to get you the best warranty on the product for 50 years and workmanship warranty for 25 years. My wife and I are very happy. I have been wanting to replace our old aluminum siding with new vinyl siding for some time now and started the overwhelming search for a good contractor. If you do a Google search for siding contractors you'll get a plethora of ones to choose from. As I was weeding through all of them one kept coming up as a highly rated company. This was Coverall's Home Improvement. I called and the owner himself, Ken, came out to talk with us and asked what our plans were. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every part of the process and our choices. We knew we had the right contractor and hired him on the spot and we haven't regretted it. The crew was very professional and took the time to talk to me on what they had done that day. Ken also called me every evening and gave me an update on the process. I am big on communication and the fact that Ken called me every day went a long way with me. We are very pleased with the results. Needed a new roof and gutter system, as mine was about 20 years old. Got a few quotes and contacted Coverall's due to a neighbor's recommendation and the fact that it appeared that they did a very good job.Coverall's had the best and most professional presentation and came across as definitely the most knowledgeable.The results were way beyond expectation. As others have noted, Ken does a great job by putting the customer ahead of the insurance companies and doing the right thing. Ken did not try to charge more and "upsell" products, but rather included all the elements of the GAF roofing system (water barrier/shingles/roof vent) to qualify for the 25 yr warranty....and included new 6 inch gutter system to create a complete roofing system that I can trust for years to come. Thank you!I knew nothing about roofs.Several roofing companies came out to give me a quote, none of them explained anything about the product, the installation, the warranty or the company’s guarantee.Ken, the owner of Coverall, explained all of this and more to me. After Ken left I felt like I could now make an educated decision to replace my roof.Coverall gave me a great product at a great price. Also included were free gutters!Not only was the owner professional, the crew were also respective and professional.I had several rotted areas, which made this a bigger job having to replace the areas with plywood. The crew worked diligently to finish the job in a timely manner. They cleaned everything up completely and moved all my concrete pots back to their original spot. When they left my landscaping beds next to the house looked as good as ever.
