*****CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED*****I believe Justin Lovett is a complete CONMAN. Even more concerning, Justin Lovett lacked the competence to pass the initial design review for a BASIC deck extension. Had the permit technician not performed a thorough review, I was informed that Justin's design would NOT have supported my hot tub and, consequently, would have led to a COLLASPED DECK which is 7.5 ft above ground. In my opinion, this is a clear demonstration of inexcusable professional negligence which could have resulted in SERIOUS injuries and COSTLY damage.Despite these severe safety concerns, numerous delays, and limited progress, Justin has refused to refund $5,250 of my upfront cash payment. Worst, Justin was fully aware that his self-induced schedule delays would crush the spirits of my son and daughter who wanted nothing more than to enjoy the new family hot tub during the Holidays.If my situation isn’t enough for concern, I advise you to review the numerous BBB complaints on Justin Lovett’s company (Dayton’s Top Home Remodeling Contractors; currently rated D+).*****CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED*****

Fraudulent company! Justin Lovett is a scam artist and a theif! Justin came out with papers took a 50% deposit and failed to show up to finish the job. It was only after 1 full week of him making excuses like "im in a meeting" and then not returning phone calls or texts that I threatened him with small claims court and BBB report that miraculously he sent someone out to install the tub finally, but was not even half of what I wanted done. Plumber that showed up said he had no idea what he was walking in too and that Justin had given him very little detail. After that half my bathroom is gutted I waited for days for the tile "guys" to show up and no response from Justin at all. Will not return phone calls or texts!! Infuriating experience as I not only have been robbed of my money I only have 1 shower/tub so we are forced to wash ourselves in the kitchen sink for the time being DO NOT GIVE THIS THEIF YOUR BUISNESS. Look up this company on the Better Buisness Bureau, I am not the only one this has happened too! Justin deserves to face felonious charges for theft! Previously rated 5 star. Professional attention until Brian Smith was paid for materials. Took $7100 and basically told us he did not like us and kept the money without doing anything. Won’t respond. Dayton Too Home Remodeling never answers the phone. Scammed.

Ok so let me start this off by saying that I am what most people call anal retentive when it comes to searching for any service provider. I can't help it - I like spreadsheets and I like to compare services (and almost any product) before I commit to buying. So - when my husband and I decided to finish out our basement, I went to work comparing prices, estimates, time to get the job done, credentials, etc of all the Dayton area contractors. Finally, I pulled the trigger and selected Dayton's Top Home Remodeling Contractors. All I can say is that next time we have a home improvement or renovation project, I'll forego the spreadsheet and just call these guys. BEST CONTRACTORS IN DAYTON OHIO by far! This is a scam company, Justin Lovett is a thief!! Takes deposits for jobs, even gives you a contract then never shows to do the work. Took $2300 from me BEWARE BEWARE!!! THIEF!!

They did an outstanding job remodeling my kitchen and bathroom. The tile work in the shower was perfect. We will be using them for all of our future projects.
