I had two normal rooms to paint along with a wallpapered kitchen and pergola. Normal rooms were wrapped up quick without a hitch. Kitchen quickly turned into a nightmare as the walls behind the paper were revealed, but Jorge was able to bring in the right guys for the job and made sure I had my kitchen back as soon as possible. In all cases the crew made sure I was satisfied with the work. House looks great with new paint, and I am glad I contracted Eco Rennovations for the job! Will have them back out here in the future.

Great service beginning to end. Sara who answers the phone, very friendly and helpful. Dylan my estimator professional very specific as to what I wanted done and got it in writing. Jaime and Diego my painters were careful about my plants and covered windows and doors carefully to prevent overspray. Then assured I had good coverage on my chalky vinyl. The project made my house look new. Would recommend! The blue was 24 years old and now my house looks new clean and modern.Service: Exterior painting

I could not be more satisfied with the complete exterior re-painting of my home by Eco Renovations. The condition of my 1919 built home included years of paint buildup that had cracked and pealed. Eco Renovations took the time and effort not only power wash old paint but also completely hand scraped and completely re-chalked every single joint including each lap board of siding. The owner and work crew are very pleasant and professional. They listened to my needs and were instrumental in preserving the authenticity of my “Craftsman era home.” I would encourage anyone needing work done on their home to contact this company. I will be using their services to replace the roof of my home. I am a engineer and retired airline pilot who understands and appreciates the efforts required for a quality job. I certainly appreciate the job done by Eco Renovations.

We had Eco Renovations paint our family room, stairwell, and upstairs hallway including the face of the stairs, crown molding, wood trim, doors, ceilings, and bay window. They caulked everything and did a terrific job painting. The crew was courteous, professional, and thorough. They took special care to make sure the floors and furniture were protected. The estimator was communicative throughout the job making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. He followed up with a visit when the job was complete and did a walk through inspection. We are very pleased with the work that was done. We would definitely use Eco Renovations again.

I am extremely please with the exterior paint job done on my home by Pablo's crew. From start to finish, during a pandemic I might add, the crew did a fantastic job. They were friendly with smiles and a willingness to get the job done to my satisfaction in a timely manner! Dylan, the estimator, showed up on time to complete the estimate. The estimate was extremely detailed which I appreciated. There were no questions left about which areas of my home exterior were to be painted. Dylan shared other home exterior projects they've completed. The work was consistent on all 5 homes I viewed before booking my job. Their homes have a "signature look" which I liked. Made my home feel like it's a designed home not just a painted home. The final estimate I was given was exactly what I paid at the very end. Bravissimo Eco Renovations!

I got several quotes for painting the exterior of my house and chose to go with Eco Renovations. The estimate I received from Eco was not the cheapest, in fact, it was slightly higher than the average, but they had great reviews and were through with the estimate explaining everything that would be done. I was surprised and very pleased when they were able to get me scheduled to begin the job just two days after I excepted the estimate. The job ended up being pushed back due to weather, completely understandable, however, I wasn't given any updates unless I called or sent text messages asking what was going on. 5 days after I had scheduled the job, I called to see when I should expect painters at my house. I was told they'd be there that day and that they should be able to complete the job that same day. The "crew" ended up being one person and he showed up at 12 noon, spending most of the day prepping the house and covering windows. He left to go pick up a helper and was gone for about 2 hours in the middle of the job. Once he returned, close to 6 p.m. paint finally started going on my house. By 8 p.m. he informed us he was done for the day and would be back tomorrow to finish up the job. At this point, my husband and I noticed LOTS of blue paint being over sprayed onto items that were NOT to be painted. All my gutters, downspouts and white garage door, all of which were NOT to be painted, now had blue paint on them. My concrete porch which I had just redone (cleaned, etched, and stained) the previous weekend, also had blue over spray. Several window casings had blue paint on them, a wooden post on our front porch, the concrete driveway and foundation as well. When we pointed these items out to the painter, he said he would paint them white tomorrow. I stressed numerous times throughout this job that I did NOT want my garage door, gutters and downspouts painted at all... yet here we are with all of those items now painted. My downspouts are white on one side and blue on the other and look awful. The painters didn't show up the next day and then the following 3 days when they finally did show up, it was a nightmare. I ended up asking the project manager and owner of the company to go to my house and look at what was happening. I was told this crew was contracted out and this was their first time working for Eco. Obviously, they need some training. I firmly believe this "crew" was not experienced enough to be spray painting anyone's house. The lack of care or concern for the job by all at Eco was unacceptable. The owner of the company did come out and do a walk around so I could point out all my concerns (paint overspray, damaged plants, a large tree in my yard is now blue where it looks like a painter emptied his spray gun out). The list is long and ridiculous. I was told the crew would be back out one last day to get everything cleaned up and "fixed" and that they would also paint two back doors for us, free of charge. (2 basic, white doors - with paint they already had charged me for). Finally two weeks later, the job was "done" and I was ready to pay and be done with this company altogether. I called the owner to discuss payment and after I pressed for a discount, he offered $100 off for all my troubles. I was quoted over $3,000 for this job and to offer a $100 discount for the lack of professionalism, lack of communication, lack of skill, care or concern, just seemed insulting. I told him I was expecting at the very least a 10% discount, to which he had the nerve to tell me about how much money they had to spend on paint to fix the mistakes. NOT MY PROBLEM! Had your painters taken the time to do the job correctly, they wouldn't have had to paint my garage door, gutters, and down spouts causing the increase in supplies. I eventually got a 10% discount after stating I was going to take legal action.Service: Exterior painting

We are beyond happy with the exterior painting of our house by Eco Renovations. From the guy who gave the estimate, to the project manager who came by regularly to check progress and ask if there was anything we needed, to the team of painters who were nothing but professional, friendly, and responsive to questions. They were on the job when they said they would be. They worked so hard and took their time to do the job right and the cleaned up at the end of each day, never leaving a mess. They were so good with having our dog around when we had to let her outside. The finished job was more that we even expected. These guys know how to paint! I would not hire them again. I agreed on painting of ceilings and walls in a family room, kitchen and stairwell. Along with the removal and installation of floating cork plank flooring. 1st, They start working at 10:30- 10:45 each day and then take lunch break around 1pm. So I got about four hours a day on the jobsite. I think the workers are all subcontracted and don't communicate well in English. This job probably took 3 days longer than it should have. The workmanship was maybe average. After the job was finished I was sweeping up plaster dust and removing paint drips from windows, doors and trim. I still find painters tape that had not been properly removed at job completion. I specifically identified an area of the flooring that needed toe kick trim. It was completely ignored.They are nice people, but, certainly not skilled craftsmen. I am bringing another company to address some of the quality issues and do some additional work I want.As a follow-up to the original post. Eco Renovations reached out regarding the issues I wrote. This company did a wonderful job on our 16 x 24 ft deck. They power washed, replaced rotted wood, steps, and then stained everything. They kept me informed through the entire process. They did not request any money upfront they wanted to be sure I was completely satisfied before I had to pay. I will highly recommend them to others.

The house at 349 South Broadway Trotwood, Ohio was built by Eli Iams in 1847. Eli Iams was the great-grandfather of Paul Iams who founded Iams Pet Food Company. The Trotwood-Madison Historical Society bought the house and approximately six acres of land. After renovation of the house, the Iams Homestead Museum opened.Because the house is a significant part of the history of Trotwood, we wanted to find a company that could restore a brick house that is 175 years old. We chose Eco Renovations because of the outstanding reviews they received from their customers.Dylan Donet, Eco Renovations, came out to inspect the house; explained everything that had to be done; and gave us the most detailed estimate I have ever seen. This was also one of the major reasons we selected Eco Renovations.I told him that we were having our annual harvest fest Saturday October 8 and that the painting would need to be Saturday October 1. He said it would be even if they had to work on the weekend.The painters came the afternoon of the estimate and began working. I was impressed with the way they performed their jobs. They were very friendly and worked quickly. The completed the job on October 1 which gave us the time to get everything ready for the opening of the harvest fest.If you have an older home or a historically important house, I highly recommend Eco Renovations. They do outstanding work. Best of all was the respect the paid to the house and they seemed to enjoy painting the house.

In early June, I consulted Eco Renovations to do exterior painting of trim around windows, door, garage of my brick two story home. I received a timely estimate and agreed to proceed/signed the contract. The crew came out for one day in early July, did some scraping of windows and around door, and removed all of the shutters from the house. Delays happened while the supervisor tried some different products to remove the peeling paint, and then finalized which product they were going to use. During this whole time, I remained patient. Today, again met with the supervisor and crew as they were supposed to get started today. A few hours after the meeting, I got an email that they decided not to do the job after all, the crew "does not feel confident they can do the job." So here I am, shutters off the house, flaking paint, partially removed in spots, they left my house in worse condition than they found it by far, and here I am with the summer almost gone and scrambling to find someone else. If they didn't want to do the job, I'm not sure why they wouldn't have told me this initially, instead of stringing me along with delays and half completed work all summer. I left a message, asking for an explanation, and have not yet received a call back.Service: Exterior painting

George's crew painted all of our trim, siding, and gutters on the house and detached garage. They pressure washed, filled all seams, joints, and then painted. Also had them refinish our front entry door (Stain and varnish), which is south facing. The front door was a challenge, but it is beautiful as is the exterior paint job. We had a water leak in our house that cause significant damage. I had a lot of trouble getting contractors out to look at it, but luckily came across Eco Renovations. They came out and looked at it the next day I called and provided me a quote pretty quickly. As well, they started work within the next couple of weeks. Keegan, his project manager and their team were absolutely fantastic in all of the work they did. I will certainly go back to this company for any other work that I need done.
