We had our roof replaced with daytime exteriors. Not long after the replacement, we started getting rain coming in our bathroom vent to the outside that they had installed and it was dripping onto our house exhaust fan. My husband got onto the roof and fixed that himself.Then about five years after the roof replacement, we noticed a lot of different water damage spots on our ceiling. They were in 3 different rooms at opposite ends of the house. We called Daytime Exteriors to come and see what the problem was and the owner was extremely rude and said that she would only come out if we paid them to. I reached out to another roofing company to see if they could tell me what the problem was and they discovered that Daytime Exteriors had "shot the gaps" of my roof. My house was built in 1960 and my boards on my roof aren't like newer roofs, so they shot nails into spaces where there was no wood. Now it might not have leaked if they had put the nails in the appropriate spots, but they put nails near the bottom of the shingles and the shingles on top only overlapped the nail head by 1/8th of an inch. I now have to have now plywood and shingles. And now, once that is done, I need to pull out all of the insulation and get new insulation blown in. My new roof will be going on tomorrow. The sales portion is great. They are very aggressive with insurance companies and will do their utmost to ensure that the job gets covered. The quality of the work is not up to par though. The roof itself, which is the easy part, is holding up, but the flashing, gutter apron, replacement of siding were all done poorly.We called them come to check the work because we were having problems. They kept rescheduling and then showed up on a date I said I wouldn't be there. They were rude to my 82 year old mother and denied any problems, but we are having leaking issues and a second roofing company confirmed our suspicions.We now have to pay for a replacement gutter apron, and removal and replacement of our aluminum siding because they did these poorly when they put on the roof. My brother had his roof replaced by them and needed to have the chimney flashing redone by someone else. It was so bad you could see into his attic from the roof!They cut a lot of corners and don't stand by their work. If you use them, get an inspection done and expect to pay more money out of your pocket to another company to fix their shoddy work.

We had a great experience. They did a phenomenal job with our roof as well as assisted us getting a lot of other thinhs done for our claim. They worked very well with our adjustor and gave me great service!
