Tonya and the whole team have saved the day three times now for us at Sueño and Tender Mercy downtown Dayton. It is imperative to work with pros like Maximum Restoration when you are running an active high end restaurant and bar. My sister had a flood in her home the end of August and had to leave her home for 3 months while the repairs were being done. In the end she has a beautiful “new” home thanks to the amazing people at Maximum Restoration. The entire team takes great pride in their work. Excellent patient company that takes time to explain what needs done and why and then does it properly. We had to wait a LONG time for cabinets, but that was on the cabinet company, not on the restoration people. Our flood happened due to a small seal on the roof and we didn’t know who to call. The first company the insurance sent out destroyed the roof in the process of tarping it. (It was a flat roof). This company came in and got us properly dried out, fixed the roof and the kitchen. The only difficult part of the process has been returning the ceiling to its preflood condition. But they are working on finishing that piece up this week.

I highly recommend Maximum Restoration because they go above and beyond to make things right for their customers. Maximum Restoration took care of the mold problem I had in the basement. They also came up with a way to clean and sanitize my basement bathroom which had backed up due to a drain pipe overflow. Since my 1930 house still runs on fuses, I was concerned about the big biowash machines blowing fuses so they mopped, scrubbed and sanitize the areas by hand. Now that's excellent customer service!

I came home from work to find my garage had been broken into and the door left inoperable. I needed to be somewhere else very soon and couldn’t leave the door unsecured. I remembered maximum restoration from the excellent service they had given my daughter after a house fire. I called and TG was able to come right away and had a creative solution to secure my garage quickly and effectively allowing me to make my event almost on time that otherwise I would have missed completely. I was very surprised and pleased with the response time and results.

OUTSTANDING!!! Heard of other restoration companies but did know what to expect from Maximum Restoration. They were punctual, conducted a survey of the fire damage, explained the procedure and total time for restoration services. Project manager said we would have a brand new home when they were finished and HE DELIVERED!!!!!!!! Thee team finished ahead of schedule. If a competition were held tomorrow with their competitors, I would have Maximum Restoration on my team, HANDS DOWN. Before and after pictures had friends requesting service.

These people are a joke. I called after water was pouring into my family room from the ceiling. They came in and said yep the ceilings wet. No duh… then they said they could cut out the wet parts but couldn’t make the repair. I said no thank you. I want someone who will do the full job. They left after doing absolutely nothing and I was charged $95. Don’t waste your time. Call someone who is willing to take on the full job.

After a busted water heater caused water to leak into a bedroom, Max Restoration was quick to respond! Very thorough—removed soaked carpet, wet wall and dried all affected areas. We’d highly recommend Maximum Restoration. We had a refrigerator leak that flooded our basement. We googled for water remediation and contacted them right away. They were at our house exceptionally quick! I believe their timeliness significantly reduced the amount of damage we had. They did a great job explaining the whole process, including working with our insurance, to help us understand and feel comfortable. Tonya and her crew were amazing they came out shortly after I called. When they arrived they looked at the leak and used there meter to determine there was basically no damage and I could basically do the fix myself. This is amazing they had full ability to take advantage and tell me we needed thousands of dollars of work but, they didn't. They saved me gobs of money and I now know if I need restoration work in the future I know who I can trust! Thanks Maximum Restoration!
