We spent a little over $5400.00+ on gutters in May 2019. We went with this company because they were known for great roof work (used them on our rental properties); however they were breaking into the gutter business. This company replaced my existing gutters with the same size gutter originally on our home although we continued to take on water in areas which ultimately led to leaks on the ceilings, ruined deck, moisty basement, and etc. These gutters should have lasted us for the next 20 to 50 years--didn't happen. After getting several quotes, we spent this week, Dec 2023, $8500.00 to replace the standard sized gutters with 6 inch gutters given the sheer square footage of our home. $5400.00+ down the drain.

I HIGHLY recommend Solid Rock Roofing. Jeff and Grant both came out to give a free quote for my skylight install. They were both extremely nice and easy to work with in going over the project. Grant has many years experience and had some recommendations based on our layout but wasn't pushy or difficult to work with in the least.I did receive another quote lower than them but I really think they were not as equipped to handle the project and they were not an approved velux vendor. I am really glad to have gone with Solid Rock after working with them on the installation and seeing the work they do and the willingness they show to work with their customers. The other vendors were either too expensive and even those in the ballpark did not offer the 10 year "no leak" guarantee Solid Rock does. I truly believe if I ever have any issues Solid Rock will be there to help and will always stand by their work which is a huge relief when dealing with the install of skylight on your roof. Solid Rocked did a great job. I had very specific requirements that were addressed in the estimate and they offered good suggestions. Installation went as promised. The crew was on time, worked diligently, cleaned up the job site, and finished in one day. The roof is attractive and does not leak. This is the second roof Solid Rock has installed (different homes) for my family and both jobs were performed very well. I recommend Solid Rock, nice people, great results.

They were super-responsive, communication was excellent, and they clearly (to me at least) carve a niche for themselves by a strong focus on the customer experience. Solid Rock Roofing did an amazing job on our house. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Prior to getting our roof done, I received 8 quotes all ballparking around the same price. Solid Rock took the time during their estimate to show me what would be replaced. We certainly got more value and craftsmanship from Solid Rock. They went the extra mile and replaced water damaged siding that we would never see from the ground. The siding had to be custom created. Originally planned to take 3 days, but they had additional crew available and they got the job done in 1 day! A few came back the next day to snap up the final touches. Crew was wonderful and friendly. All of our outside plants/furniture, etc. was covered with tarps. I cannot rave enough about the clean up job they did. They were extra respectful of our dogs, closing gates behind them just in case!

Solid Rock put my roof on our, at the time, new home in 2004, top quality materials and service. In 2017, we had a windstorm where we lost a couple of shingles, Cheryl and her team were quick to come out and do the repairs. The Solid Rock staff are super friendly and very professional. In Oct 2018, we again noticed a leak in the roof, the Solid Rock team quickly came out and repaired the roof, the spot where the nail had popped out from the original install, they repaired for no charge...excellent customer service! I LOVE the convenience of the online pay tool! The Solid Rock team did a GREAT job repairing our roof and cleaning the gutters. As always, I appreciate Solid Rocks quick and professional service.

We heard about Solid Roof from neighbors who had used them and as they say "word of mouth is the best advertising". We used them initially when we had a small leak which they fixed for no charge (!) At the time they confirmed what we had expected - that our roof had gotten to the end of its useful life. About one year later we got a very fair quote from them to replace the roof and we decided to use them (as did another neighbor). Working with Cheryl, the owner, was a breeze and she kept her word during every step of the process. The large crew showed up on time and in less than a day they had completed the tear off and installed the new shingles. They also cleaned up our yard very well.We received a 10 year workmanship warranty from Solid Roof (which is transferable) and a lifetime warranty from the shingle maker (GAF) which is transferable once. Very pleased and highly recommend.

When other roofing companies tried to upcharge us for unnecessary work, solid Rock Roofing was honest and only told us, what work was required. Third experience I have had with Solid Rock Roofing. They Did a great job at replacing my roof 12 years ago after some significant storm damage. In doing so found some underlying damage from the original builder which was quickly resolved. Recently I contacted Cheryl and she scheduled her team to repair a torn shingle and again later to replace the fireplace cover that had been knocked off the chimney earlier during the removal of a tree branch. It was amazing to watch the two roofers scale the roof carrying a ladder and tools to the highest point of the two story house and reattach the cover. Took them 30 min. Well equipped , very knowledgeable and no fear of heights . It was like watching a couple rock climbers enjoying the day. True professionals. I Highly recommend Solid Rock Roofing. Just do not waste your time. Got back to me late and then decided they did not even want to help since my repairs were minor. However they suggested I use them to replace the roof entirely. So I fork up the cash then they were interested if I went with a brand new roof. Not the kind of business I want to deal with anyway.
