We needed to get a new roof installed based on an insurance assessment and a friend suggested we contact Stephanie Romo for an estimate. We had other estimates, but Stephanie stood out due to her her honesty and her excellent portfolio of roofing projects. She's been a fully-certified contractor for Commercial and Residential Roofing, Siding and General Contracting in the Dayton Area since 1986!After a very easy and professional roof inspection and estimate, we decided to go with a black metal roof. Based on her vast experience, Stephanie suggested we go with a black roof again, since it matched the house colors and style. It was the best decision we've ever made for our roof choice! It is absolutely beautiful and it will last a lifetime!Needless to say, Stephanie is very knowledgeable (she lives roofing AND contracting!), transparent (you know what she's planning with your project), down-to-earth (she's friendly and approachable, like a friend you've known forever) and hard-working (she's on-site most of the time, but when she isn't, her expert team knows exactly what to do and gets the job done!).We recommend Stephanie Romo very highly so give her a call today!

Working with Stephanie has been a great experience. Our bathroom needed almost all new plumbing including the drainage pipes in the basement. We had to replace our bathroom floor including the subflooring. The work that they did was very professional and I am extremely happy with the job they've done. Stephanie and her crew are very professional and is on time on site ready to work. Her crew are very detailed on the job and very friendly. After the job is done it was amazing how they do the cleanup and the work that they do. I am very pleased with everything and I will call them again if needed. So I highly recommend them. They were subcontractors to do my roof and siding. The last time they were here was in April, it’s now July. She stopped responding to my requests to when they would finish. Windows were not finished on trim. Some siding needs replaced. Other items need finished, but they may be in part to the general contractor who hired them.Services: Attic venting, Roof installation

Some times you will stumble upon a good and reliable contractor. I've had a few in my time and Stephanie is the first company to take care of the issues and work harder that what was expected. Professionalism wasn't needed in my case, just a good-ole home girl, get'er done approach that is needed. Up front with you and does what she says she's going to do!
