I have hired Synergistic Roofing, to replace cedar siding with hardieboard and they went above and beyond expectations. They cost less than my other estimates and did an outstanding job in a short period of time. They are trust worthy and have a great crew. They even cleaned up some heavy beaches that fell in my yard during a storm without being asked, at no charge. You won't be disappointed.

I am so grateful for the free evaluation we got on the roof. They found some problems that wasn't something I would have ever noticed and honestly even known was going to become an expensive problem in the future if left alone. I want to give a big shout out to Jason our salesperson. He made it all seamlessly easy for us. He kept us informed the whole time....from beginning to end and was always available to answer or address any of our concerns. He was also able to get my repairs covered with my insurance at no cost to me. I am very much looking forward to the possibility of solar panels this coming spring. I had no idea that is something I would ever be able to do for my home. Long story short....I am so happy with the way everything turned out! Great job! A+

These guys are absolutely amazing! Not only did they tear off the old roof, they re-sheeted it and then shingled it all within one day. The did a lot of extra work with the flashing, drip edges, and even the soffit. I told them to not worry about the cleanup last night because this time of the year it get that dark pretty early. They stayed and cleaned it up anyway and even blew off the back roof which obviously the guys who put in the windows didn’t clean the glass off of. One of the guys came back with a magnet and ran it up and down the dirt driveway for about two hours the next day. These people are a true joy to work with. Hannah, the project coordinator is totally awesome. She was always there to answer my dumb questions (I’ve never had to have a roof put on and had no clue how to go about it) no matter what time or day of the week I sent her a question. I can 100% recommend this company. They are top notch and first class all the way.

He worked very diligently with my insurance company to get compensation for my new shingle replacement.The roof was put on in a very timely fashion and all was cleaned up very nicely. SR&S recently did a large (50 squares) roofing replacement for us. Everything from getting the quote to follow up meeting to ensure we were happy was easy - and professional. The crew came out in force with 8-10 people working non-stop and doing the tear off and replacement in a day. They were very careful to try and protect around the house and then spent several hours the next day with a final clean up crew - rolling the yard for nails, picking up small debris, etc.During the actual work, the project manager and the owner both came by multiple times to ensure the work was being done properly and to answer any questions we might have. We have a large red no soliciting sign to the left of our door and one on our door that says in BIG letters do not ring or knock. One of your employees saw the sign, ignored it and proceeded to ring the doorbell anyway. Please train them to avoid houses with non soliciting signs posted. We have 3 big dogs who get stressed out and destructive if they hear the doorbell or knocking. Please don't do this to people who clearly want to be left alone.

I had Synergistic replace siding, soffits, gutters, fascia and trim boards. John Moore the owner suggested using higher quality John Hardy fiber-cement product. Pricing was very good against same specifications from 2 other company's. I was happy with the look and quality of John Hardy. The installation supervisor, Nery, was a very knowledgeable hard worker, and patient with my questions. They installed per the manufacturer's guidelines, and worked long hours to get the job done around challenging weather conditions. This is the first time I've posted a review but was so satisfied I felt compelled to comment and recommend John and Nery for this type work.Service: Gutter repairs

I was referred to this company by my realtor firm. We obtained a quote from Synergistic to repair a few nail pops and cracked shingles discovered during the inspection period. I tried to call on 11/16 to schedule a time to have this repair taken care of when I wasn't home, as I am working remotely and was in the middle of moving. I also have two dogs that don't long strangers, so I was hoping to avoid the pounding on the roof and the barking while I'm trying to work. The call went to voicemail, where I was told I could send a text. I sent a text asking to schedule the service, and was told I was on the schedule. I immediately asked when that was, and did not get a reply for two hours. I was then told that I'd be notified when the repairs were happening. The message also said that roofing is unpredictable - which I understand - and that I was in "no significant peril." At no point did I suggest I was in significant peril or act like it would be the end of the world if I didn't get the service done ASAP. I just like to know when things are happening to my house so I can plan my days.I did not hear back from Synergistic until today, 11/27, that I have to assume I only received because I complained to my realtor. The call was basically an apology for the fact that the entire crew showed up completely unannounced and without any amount of warning on Tuesday, 11/24. Not only did my dogs lose their minds as anticipated and I had to deal with unexpected banging during my work meeting, I also was never informed by the crew what company they worked for (important, as we have multiple contractors doing work) or what they were doing. I did not get a knock on the door telling me they had arrived or were leaving.He let me know that his secretary didn't get his message that she was supposed to let me know about the contractors arriving. He also told me he had family stuff going on, and couldn't do it himself. I'm sympathetic to misunderstandings and to family crises. However, the entire conversation felt manipulative. He blamed his secretary, his personal situation, and the fact that the crew is not fluent in English as reasons why I was not told they were coming. I should have been informed, and I should have been given a window for the work to be done. I am a project manager, and it is clear this business needs to invest in better PM/foreman skills.I probably wouldn't have left this review if it weren't for the fact that he ended the disingenuous call with a not-so-subtle reminder that I have a check for him from closing that he would like very much. He then IMMEDIATELY texted me with the address to mail the check... The thing is that I literally don't know what was done to my roof. I assume things were fixed, but there was nobody on site to walk me through the repairs. The roofers were also there a grand total of 30 minutes. Not really sure what I'm paying for. I would have made the payment that day had someone been there to collect it. I will be choosing literally any other company for further repairs to my roof and siding.Bottom line: rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate dealings.Service: Roof repair
