Excellent work!... The installation team, Jeremy and Jeff, arrived on site on time and within a couple short hours had the old door out, the existing opening modified and the new UWD door installed. Quick and efficient, the team was professional, courteous and obviously skilled and experienced! Recommended!

I had UWD quote me a price on 27 windows at the school i take care of. Jeffery and Dan came out and measured and quoted. Both of these gentlemen were very professional and attentive. The job was very unique and required a lot of attention to detail. Their installers Mike and Summer did a fantastic job installing both the windows as well as the window AC units. The teachers are beyond happy with the job. 10/10 would recommend

Explain to me what day was doing the whole Tim. Even help me move stuff out of the. They are a bunch of great guys. Good company, and it means what they say. Got in touch with universal windows after filling out an advertisement for replacement windows. They weren’t pushy like some of the other companies that reached out. Scheduled and arrived has advertised for the sales explanation (Daniel was awesome and patient explaining our concerns and answering questions). Delivery and installation went a little faster than explained during the sale. We had 12 old 90 year old rotted wooden windows replaced by Universal Windows. They premeasured etc, talked to us about trims etc, and built the windows. On the day of installation they showed up on time, started upstairs removing the old windows, and carefully taking them out so there was no debris in the house. They had the windows replaced in 1 day, including tearing out a double wide kitchen window, and replacing it with a beautiful garden window. The second day they finished with one small half round window over the front door, put new trim around all the windows on the outside, and new wood trim inside on the garden window. The crew was courteous, professional, and worked hard. They cleaned up as they went, and then afterwords so it really didn’t look like they were here. Except for the beautiful new windows. They explained how the windows worked, and how to clean them. All in all a perfect job. It’s been 2 months and we are still extremely happy with the job and love looking out the windows. They are very quiet, compared to the old windows that you could hear the glass rattle with some wind and which let a lot of outside air/breezes in. It’s so great to be able to easily open the windows this fall on nice days to get some fresh air in the house. Thanks for the great job and the beautiful windows.Service: Window installation

Initially, our windows were projected to be installed in late December or January 2023. However, I received a surprised call to set-up an installation just ten days ago. The installers arrived on time. They were courteous and they immediately went to work. I asked a lot of questions about the windows and the install process, but the two gentlemen were unimpeded and continued until the job was complete. It was easy to see that the installers were well trained. I had 11 windows installed the first day and 3 the following morning. We were truly impressed with the craftmanship of the installation. Also, they thoroughly cleaned the work area after each window was placed. Thanks to Kyle and Brandon for their professionalism while helping us with our home improvement project. This was a window installation where there were no windows previouslyI was apprehensive about using a company that I found online with no recommendation but it turned out to be the best decision we could've made. From the sales pitch through to completion everything was perfect. Our windows were made to our exact specifications and delivered in the time frame promised.But the installation was the most impressive partJeff, Jeremy and Iseah were fabulous.We live in a very old house and upon arrival they knew that their job was going to be more than expected. It was clear that Jeff and Jeremy have a lot of skill as they tackled this job very efficiently. They took every obstacle in stride and were very easy to deal with. We had our initial consultation with Robb that was almost 3 hrs long and we learned a lot about the quality and the construction of the unshield windows and Universal Windows Direct. We have a total of 18 windows that we are going to replace but decided to take 5 at a time to have them replaced. So we had the final consultation with Cory and he was very professional and just as helpful & knowledgeable about windows and Universal Windows. We only had to wait for two months for them to construct our windows which was quicker than originally quoted of 12-16 weeks. The install team was also very quick and very professional and in about another 3 months we will scheduling and ordering another 5 windows so we will be about half way done and take advantage of our price guarantee that expires September 2023. Thanks also to Emma and Rachael in the office they were also very nice and professional. We share our windows and the yard sign with anyone that is in the need for replacement windows. Would love to do a video marketing on before/during/ and after window replacements. These guys are the best. From the guy that came out to show me the windows and give me an estimate to the installers to the billing people they all were good. The installers they were the best. They were courteous and kind and helped me by cleaning up after themselves inside and out. They even cleaned my windows before they were done. I had one window that was a very difficult install on the second floor. These guys did it, customized it and they even came back the next day to finish up the outside. They were wonderful.
