I just had new aluminum attic stairs installed by Rodney and Matt.I couldn’t be happier!These two craftsman removed the old wooden stairs and installed the new aluminum stairs with a minimum of fuss and a great deal of professionalism.I’ve used Wayne before for new outdoor shutters and they were also a fantastic installation and have greatly improved the appearance of my house.I plan on using Wayne Overhead Door and Home Improvements for all of my home projects on the future.I also don’t want to forget the office manager Judy - her job coordination and quick responses were invaluable.

We had an emergency situation with our garage door & the staff went above and beyond to provide same day service. Elijah was our tech & was extremely professional & friendly. He answered my questions as he proceeded with the report. We ended up need an additional part that he did not have on his truck & he made arrangements to have it delivered to him to complete the repair the next morning. Instead, he called & asked if he could stop by later the same day to finish the job as the part was delivered to him. Absolutely went above & beyond!!! He deserves A+++ rating. We will call this company again for future garage & home improvement needs! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We use Wayne Overhead Doors less than 1 year ago for a brand new garage door with wireless open/close function & monitoring, and loved everything about it. Door worked flawlessly, they were knowledgeable & professional. Just bought a new custom home with a very noisy garage door. Called them again, we’re there the next day, new wheels & realignment & it works great. Fairly priced too. Definitely recommend.

I was referred to you for getting door seal that goes around the opening of the garage door. Big-box store only carry 8' section that I didn't want a joint on the top of the header/opening. I was able to get one 16' long and two 7' long pieces that match my color of my door/trims. Thank you.

My experience with Wayne Overhead Door Sales was great from the sales person perspective to the crew members who did my work — as well as the office staff!!! Wayne first installed new gutter protection. While they were doing that work they advised me that my windows were in need of serious re-chalking and repair work. I appreciated them telling me about the issue. They then came out and did an excellent job on my windows and door entry chalking. I am very pleased with the work that was done.

The torsion spring on my 29-year-old garage door broke. Wayne Doors made a quick appointment and arrived on time, calling me when he was 15 minutes away. When I asked the service person about overhauling the door because of its age, he already had a quote prepared. He said they usually recommend replacing the motor when it's that old, but since mine was working well, he recommended keeping it. The service person was very pleasant and kept me informed.

One Saturday I hit the button and the door went about half way then stuck. Being a DIYer, I spent about 2 hours adjusting and fussing with it to get it operating again. I had replaced the openers last year and realized both 16ft doors were originally installed poorly. So I was planning on replacement doors eventually. I called and left a message and asked for a return call or appointment for Monday. They returned my call shortly after I had called to confirm the Monday appointment. The Sales technician who arrived on time knew what he was doing. We were able to make a selection from many options without high pressure. On installation day the techs arrived on time and completed both doors in one day. They did an excellent job. I would have spent more buying average doors from one of the big box stores. Also I must admit it would have taken me several days and grief to install them myself.Randy W

Wayne installed new gutters at our home in 2020 and we have been exceptionally pleased with the quality installation and performance of the new gutters. I was mortified when earlier this year I accidentally backed a U-Haul truck into the roof overhand right in the middle of our front-facing garage, leaving a noticeable crease/crumple in the gutter as well as some damage to the shingles. We called Wayne out to review the damage and schedule repair. Despite the impact of supply shortages and extremely-limited availability of the color we had chosen 2 years ago, the guys at Wayne went the extra mile to find a 50-ft piece of gutter material in the same color to make the repair, and it looks AMAZING! Huge thanks to Matt, David, and Rodney for such a professional job—now NO ONE will know that I hit the gutter with a truck, except those that read all about it on the internet LOLOLOL.

Not knowing who to turn to for Garage Door Service I went online and did a Google Search. I came across Wayne Overhead Door, which just happened to be around the corner from my neighborhood. My garage door spring snapped so was not able to open/close garage door. I made a call just before 8am for service and Jonathan was at my front door by 10am. He even gave me a courtesy call to share he was in route to my home. I received incredible service. Jonathan was polite, knolwedgeable, and professional.
