Overall, I had a great experience and I’m very happy in my choice of going with Jaiden at Columbus Roofing.I worked with Jaiden through the entire process of getting my roof done with Columbus Roofing and it went fantastic. My new roof looks great, insurance covered the majority of the cost, and he made the process extremely easy for me.Jaiden did the initial inspection when he was already in the area looking at my neighbors home. After noticing signs of hail damage, he talked to me about my options and proceeded to advise me through the whole process of filing an insurance claim. He made sure to be here when the insurance inspector came and worked with them to make sure all of the damage was pointed out included in their notes. Jaiden proceeded to handle all of the on going interactions with insurance, and worked to get them to cover not only the majority of the replacement cost but also the cost to the longer lasting product. After the roof was installed Jaiden came by to answer any questions I had on next steps, and made sure the yard and driveway were all free of debris.

He was extremely professional and explained the process so we could understand the steps it would take to get a new roof. The crew that installed the new roofs on my home and detached garage were very professional. They did a great job from start to finish as well as cleaned up everything very well afterwards. We had a great experience with Columbus Roofing Company. Jaiden explained the insurance claim process to us thoroughly, and took pictures of the damage on the roof to help us with the claim process. He also met and worked with the adjuster personally to make sure everything is documented.The crew was able to complete the replacement job in one day, and there was no issue with their workmanship or the clean up process. During the replacement process, Tyler notified us of an issue with a rotten face board adjacent to the roof, and suggested for us to get it fixed.The whole process went smoothly and I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of replacing their roof.

Columbus Roofing Services contacted me for a free roof inspection recently, and discovered some significant hail damage. Nick worked with my insurance adjuster closely, showed up at all inspections, and within just a few weeks secured approval. The new roof went up without issue, the team did an amazing job cleaning up (no nails found after they left)! After completion, Nick swung by and discovered the flashing around the chimney hadn't been replaced as per the work order. Within hours THAT VERY SAME DAY, a team was back out correcting the issue and installing the new flashing! I know this is how business *should* be conducted, but we all know this is no longer the norm. CRS consistently demonstrated a "customer first" approach and everyone was pleasant, friendly and professional no matter if I spoke to the billing office, one of the installers, etc. Can't recommend this company more highly! We were buying a house and the inspector dropped the ball so we needed a roof inspection on short notice, Jaiden was able to get out in the short turnaround and give us a fair and honest inspection. The roof ended up needing replaced and Jaiden was extremely helpful in walking us through the process. His team were able to put up the roof not only quickly but with great care and quality. Tyler the sales person was very helpful explaining the process in detail. He helped me pick my roof color based on my house color. Tyler monitored the crew the day of work. The roofing crew was excellent. They protected my landscaping and moved my outdoor furniture to keep it safe. In one day the took my roof off put a new one on and cleaned like nothing ever happened. The new roof looks fantastic.

Dont know where to start with good words for Columbus roofing. I received a phone call one day from Justus with CR regarding our roof. We weren’t planning on replacing the roof but after a conversation with him we agreed for him to do a free of charge roof inspection. Very professional, full of knowledge, after his inspection he informed us that we do have a storm damage and possibly can get a replacement through our insurance. He guided us through the entire process, always responsive, few days later we got approved for a new roof and gutter replacement. entire roof replaced within a day, gutters replaced in few hours the following day. Justus was there at all time while work was done on our house. After everything was completed we did a thorough inspection with him on our roof and gutters and he explained everything to us. I highly recommend Columbus roofing if you are on the market for roof replacement/repair. Going through some problems, it was difficult for me to follow through with the roof. Jaiden stuck with me and my insurance company for about eight months following up but not nagging, until I was able to follow through.
