It took 6 months of fighting with the insurance company, citing building code, and going up the supervisor ladder but I finally have a new roof on the house and garage. 100% would not have happened without Derrick knowing the right strings to pull and buttons to push. As for the install, their crew showed up at 7am sharp and had ~2400sf of shingles done and cleaned up at 4pm. Couldn't have been any less painless.Can't leave the same positive review about Shelter Insurance...

Exterior Alliance was new to us but several of our neighbors were using their services for roof replacement after back-to-back high-wind storms.Our next-door neighbor is an excellent judge of the quality of businesses, and his recommendation was enough. We both were very satisfied with the advocacy of our lead contact Brian who matched in performance what he promised. The color selection process led to choosing the best shingle to enhance appearance. The installation process was very efficient and took less than a day. We were impressed by the hard work and coordination which minimized inconvenience and was very respectful fromstart to finish. Communication was terrific, and the work with our insurance company was seamless. Cleanup was effective in picking up nails and debris. My house got hit by a hail storm back in April 2023. I had a company come and inspect my roof and was told I had hail damage. My insurance company came out and the report said I didn’t have hail damage…I never heard back from the roofing company.Brian from Exterior Alliance was on my neighbors roof at a later date told me I 100% have damage and he would get me a new roof. Another inspection by my insurance company and again they said no damage. Brian fought for me and made my insurance company send out an engineer to inspect the roof. After a freak hail storm in April, I decided to go with Exterior Alliance based on excellent reviews and the fact they’re a long-standing business in the community. They did not disappoint. Derrick was great to work with; very thorough and responsive. He also worked with my HOA to ensure the shingles would meet requirements. After some major challenges with my insurance carrier, Derrick and Dan fought hard on my behalf to ensure all the damage was covered, including my gutters. The crew showed up early and worked late until the job was finished in one day. They tarped off the entire house to protect it during the removal and did an extremely thorough job cleaning up all debris and nails. Being attentive to detail is definitely not an issue with this company. They've been working with my insurance co. for quite some time.
