Edit: Kerrigan is threatening litigation for this review.Original review: I wish I'd never contracted with Kerrigan Roofing. I'll say that it appears they did good roofing work, so there's that, but literally everything else was a nightmare.An all around horrible experience from start to finish. Not only were they expensive, they were generally unresponsive, difficult to work with, combative in communications, and damaged my property in multiple ways. I wish I'd never signed an agreement with them after the inspection.They showed up after a hail storm to do a free inspection. They found damage on my roof and offered to tarp a missing shingle. They installed an approximately 2x2 piece of tarp they eventually charged me $350 for.They were very difficult to get to do their jobs or provide updates. They sent combative emails that tried to involve me in a weird lawsuit threat against my insurance and their relationship with the Roof Marketplace. At signing of the contract, they tried to reduce the warranty that was agreed upon from gold to silver (which was caught and changed).When they finally did show up to do my roof and gutters, they tossed debris everywhere without appropriately protecting my home, damaging my siding, my yard, and my sliding door. Additionally, they dragged trash and my deck furniture all around, doing almost $5000 in damage to my deck.Ultimately, after repeated phone calls and negotiations, they did make it right and paid my deck contractor to repair the damage. I will say that they were decently reasonable when it came to repairing the damage they caused, but the fact that we had to deal with it in the first place was only on account of not appropriately protecting my home.Finally, I spent over a month trying to get them to send final invoices and completion notices to my insurance, and when they did, only then did I discover the tarp they put up was in addition to the agreed upon contract. If I'd have known that I'd be ripped off and inconvenienced this badly, I'd have never dealt with this company.Use at your own risk.Also: they pay for positive reviews. Beware.

Matt Miller is a wonderful person to work with! He is vey professional, knowledgeable and patient. When there were issues with insurance company related to the hail damage claim, Matt communicated with the insurance company along with the evidence and the proof documentation to support the claim and helped us get roofing repaired. Justin Lovett visited my neighborhood in the summer 2023 and noticed damage. Justin and the Kerrigan team were able to work with my insurance and get an equivalent roof installed. The install team put up screens as to not damage the property. During install, they noticed decking was warped. They notified me of the damaged decking and installed new decking. They got the job done right and looks very good. I was pleased with the entire process.

I know that they would love to have our business, but he never made me feel like he was trying to “pull one over” just to get a quote. He checked my roof for free and was so very nice. I love the interaction we had with Kerrigan Roofing. I got a letter from my insurance that my roof needs repaired based on some aerial photos they received. Based on Google rating and reviews, I engaged Kerrigan. Christian visited our house on time for his appointment. He promised that Kerrigan does not artificially create work as some other companies do. He did the inspection and came back saying that one shingle was off from his place and needed to be nailed down and there is no other stuff to do. He was very sincere and completed the inspection report and sent it to me. He even did the work for me and said "No charge", as he had to just nail down one shingle. I am so impressed with his professionalism of this interaction. Through Christian's interaction with me, Kerrigan has added one more loyal customer in me for any roofing needs in the future. I do intend to share this with my friends so they are aware of Kerrigan as well.

I reached out to Kerrigan after I saw their add on FB. Christian Carlin has been wonderful at guiding us through the process of getting a new roof. He has always been reachable when we've needed him. The roofing team arrived around 7am and got to work right away. They were very careful, especially around my deck and the furniture thereon. They worked quickly and efficiently. The whole roof was completed by 1215pm or so. They cleaned up the yard and put everything back as they found it. You would never know they had been here. All told, a 6hr turnaround time! I was impressed! We look forward to Kerrigan replacing our siding, gutters and downspouts. Glad I found them!!

I had some wind damage on my roof after a storm in July, insurance only wanted to cover replacement of a few shingles, but Kerrigan worked with my insurance and provided all the information necessary to get a full roof replacement! Ask for Christian, he was great to work with!

We recently had a leak during a bad storm, and water came through our second-floor ceiling. I called Kerrigan to see if they could come out and help diagnose the issue. I spoke to Tyler on the phone, and Christian was able to come out that same day. He was able to find the issue and make a quick fix. They were all very professional and courteous, and had a healthy sense of urgency to help get this fixed, as the forecast had more rain on the way. I want to thank them for taking great care of us.
