I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I worked specifically with Matthew and Alisha and they were extremely professional, communicative, and just so easy to work with. They treat you like family. From start to finish, the whole process was super easy and required barely any effort on my part. I didn’t feel pressured into anything. Had my roof damaged from the wind and storms. Matt came out next day to inspect, helped me with temporary fix. Worked with the insurance and I had my roof replaced.The process was smooth, they didn’t gave high estimates like few other roofing companies who try to make money by upgrades and replacements that are not required. Matthew the owner took his time to explain all details. He was very polite and answered all questions and concerns throughout the whole process. He took extra time out of his day to come to my home to communicate and to do all necessary paperwork. He and Alisha are very organized. I met Alisha first, she gave me the initial information on getting started with the project. Very polite, professional, and knowledgeable about the whole business! They are a great team! The roofing crew was amazing! They worked really hard and their work is detailed. My house was draped so there was no debris or damage to plants. The clean up was spotless, nothing left behind. I met Alicia first through my doorbell camera because I was sick and I gave her my information. A couple of days later Matthew came and inspected my roof. I told Matthew I was just getting estimates. Alicia and Matthew were/are young. A couple of weeks go by and I text Matthew that we're going with a different company but wished him well. A couple of weeks go by again and I texted Matthew back asking if he'd would take my business because the company I was going to do business with turned out not to be the company I thought it was? That company was not professional enough for me. My wife and I are in our mid 60's and have been around a few corners and we knew to change. Matthew said yes. He was happy and so were we. Alicia and Matthew are young, but handle their business like professionals and are detailed oriented. We were very happy with their work the crew provided. We even contracted them for another job at our house afterwards, which turned out nice as well. I don't think you would be disappointed in this company. Sign the contract and let them get started.
